Claims (4)
- 운행 동력 공급용의 고압배터리와 전장회로용 저압배터리를 갖는 전기자동차의 상기 저압배터리와 상기 전장회로 사이에 배치된 릴레이 구동장치로서,
상기 전기자동차는, 충전 시 상기 고압배터리와 전기자동차 충전설비(EVSE)를 연결 또는 차단하는 전력 릴레이와, 상기 전력 릴레이를 제어하는 충전제어부 및 전자제어장치(ECU)를 포함하고,
상기 릴레이 구동장치는,
상기 저압배터리의 양극(+) 단자와 전기적으로 연결된 제1 스위치;
상기 저압배터리의 음극(-) 단자와 전기적으로 연결된 제2 스위치;
전기자동차의 충전모드 진입 시 제1 제어신호에 의해 상기 제1 스위치가 온되도록 구동하는 제1 구동부;
전기자동차의 충전모드 진입 시 제2 제어신호에 의해 상기 제2 스위치가 온되도록 구동하는 제2 구동부;
상기 제1 스위치의 일단에 연결된 제1 방전부; 및
상기 제2 스위치의 일단에 연결된 제2 방전부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 방전부는 상기 제1 스위치의 일단에 병렬로 연결된 제1 다이오드, 상기 제2 방전부는 상기 제2 스위치의 일단에 병렬로 연결된 제2 다이오드이고,
상기 제1 방전부 및 제2 방전부는 상기 제1 스위치 및 제2 스위치가 오프될 때, 상기 릴레이 구동 장치에 연결된 릴레이의 코일에 남아 있는 잔류 전류를 방전시키며,
상기 제1 제어신호 및 상기 제2 제어신호는, 상기 전력 릴레이를 제어하는 상기 충전제어부 또는 상기 전자제어장치로부터 제어되는 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기자동차의 릴레이 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이 구동장치는,
상기 저압배터리의 전압을 입력받아 기설정된 전압으로 변환하여 출력전압을 일정하게 출력하는 레귤레이터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 스위치 및 제2 스위치는 상기 레귤레이터의 출력전압을 입력받는, 전기자동차의 릴레이 구동 장치.
