Description
芯成分として、融点が225℃、溶融粘度(ηmelt)が2000dPa・sのナイロン6を用いた。一方、鞘成分として、融点が155℃、溶融粘度(ηmelt)が1800dPa・sの共重合ポリアミド(アルケマ社製「PLATAMID M1425F」)と、オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコールとを、質量比で、(共重合ポリアミド)/(オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコール)=85/15で混合したものを用いた。
実施例1と比べて、鞘成分として、融点155℃、溶融粘度(ηmelt)が1800dPa・sの共重合ポリアミドのみを使用し、オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコールは使用しなかった点を相違させた。そして、それ以外は実施例1と同様にして、マルチフィラメント糸を得た。その切断強度は5.60cN/cdtexであった。
芯成分として、融点が225℃、溶融粘度(ηmelt)が2000dPa・sのナイロン6を用いた。一方、鞘成分として、芯成分と同じナイロン6と、オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコールとを、質量比で、(ナイロン6)/(オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコール)=85/15で混合したものを用いた。
Claims (3)
- 芯鞘構造を呈し、芯成分が第1のポリアミド系樹脂にて構成され、鞘成分が、オキシアルキレン基含有ポリビニルアルコールを含有し芯成分よりも低融点の第2のポリアミド系樹脂にて構成されていることを特徴とする産業資材用繊維。
- 鞘成分の第2のポリアミド系樹脂の融点が130〜160℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の産業資材用繊維。
- 請求項1または2に記載の産業資材用繊維を製造するに際し、鞘成分の溶融押出機の設定温度を180〜190℃とすることを特徴とする産業資材用繊維の製造方法。
