Description
中央部接点1、および固定接点部材2が固定されるターミナルベース3と、
前記中央部接点1に圧接するコンタクト突部4を一端に、他端に固定接点部材2とのコンタクト面5を備えて中央部接点1周りに回転操作され、導通回転位置において前記中央部接点1と固定接点部材2間を短絡させる可動接点部材6と、
前記ターミナルベース3に形成されて前記可動接点部材6のコンタクト面5の回転操作
時における回転方向に沿う辺縁隅角部7を支承する支承部8とを有し、
前記可動接点部材6は、回転操作に伴って前記辺縁隅角部7を摺接部として前記支承部8上を摺動してコンタクト面5が前記固定接点部材2に接触する導通回転位置に移動し、
前記固定接点部材2、および可動接点部材6の双方のコンタクト面5は、双方の接触開始から所定の接続操作角の間に他方に対する接触点が一端部から他端部に向けて移動する矩形形状に形成されるとともに、前記可動接点部材6は、接触終点側の辺縁隅角部7を前記支承部8との摺接部とするロータリースイッチ装置を提供することにより達成される。
前記支承部8は、前記固定接点部材2が属する平面に対して高い位置で前記可動接点部材6を支承し、支承状態において、前記可動接点部材6を固定接点部材2との接触解除方向に垂直回転した姿勢に保持するロータリースイッチ装置を構成することができる。
前記固定接点部材2と可動接点部材6双方のコンタクト面5には防食用導電加工が施されるロータリースイッチ装置を構成すると、低電流仕様と高電流仕様への共用化が可能になる。
同一の円形移動軌跡上を走行する複数の可動接点部材6を含むロータリースイッチ装置を構成した場合には、スペースを有効利用することができるために、装置の小型化が可能になる。

Claims (4)
- 中央部接点、および固定接点部材が固定されるターミナルベースと、
前記中央部接点に圧接するコンタクト突部を一端に、他端に固定接点部材とのコンタクト面を備えて中央部接点周りに回転操作され、導通回転位置において前記中央部接点と固定接点部材間を短絡させる可動接点部材と、
前記ターミナルベースに形成されて前記可動接点部材のコンタクト面の回転操作時における回転方向に沿う辺縁隅角部を支承する支承部とを有し、
前記可動接点部材は、回転操作に伴って前記辺縁隅角部を摺接部として前記支承部上を摺動してコンタクト面が前記固定接点部材に接触する導通回転位置に移動し、
前記固定接点部材、および可動接点部材の双方のコンタクト面は、双方の接触開始から所定の接続操作角の間に他方に対する接触点が一端部から他端部に向けて移動する矩形形状に形成されるとともに、前記可動接点部材は、接触終点側の辺縁隅角部を前記支承部との摺接部とするロータリースイッチ装置。 - 前記支承部は、前記固定接点部材が属する平面に対して高い位置で前記可動接点部材を支承し、支承状態において、前記可動接点部材を固定接点部材との接触解除方向に垂直回転した姿勢に保持する請求項1記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
- 前記固定接点部材と可動接点部材双方のコンタクト面には防食用導電加工が施される請求項1記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
- 同一の円形移動軌跡上を走行する複数の可動接点部材を含む請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
