Description
固定接点1上で可動接点2を回転させて固定接点1と可動接点2とを断接するロータリースイッチ装置であって、
前記両接点は帯状で防蝕用導電加工が施された接触面を有し、双方の接触面には、接触開始から所定の接続操作角の間に他方に対する接触点が一端部から他端部に向けて移動する過渡接触領域3が設けられる構成を含む。
前記固定接点1の過渡接触領域3は、接触開始点近傍において可動接点2上での移動速度が低速となる形状に形成される。
前記固定接点1の過渡接触領域3は、接触開始位置近傍において可動接点2の回転中心との間隔が最大となる形状に形成される。
前記固定接点1、および電源端子4を所定の接触方向線に向けて露出させて保持するスイッチケース5と、
前記スイッチケース5に対して、前記接触方向線に沿う軸周りに回転自在で、前記可動接点2を前記接触方向線に向けて進退自在に保持する接点ホルダ6とを有し、
前記可動接点2は、所定厚を有して板状に形成され、圧縮スプリング7により材端を電源端子4に常時接触させるとともに、導通時に固定接点1に各々所定接触圧で接触させる構成を含む。
前記固定接点1の辺縁に面取り部8を形成するとともに、電源端子4と固定接点1を前記接触方向線方向に異なった高さに配置して前記可動接点2を傾斜姿勢に保持し、可動接点2を固定接点1に線接触させて導通が取られる。
前記スイッチケース5には、固定接点1の接触開始点を終点とし、かつ、終点を傾斜面9により形成した可動接点2の乗り上げ突条10が設けられる。
前記スイッチケース5には、前記固定接点1と電源端子4間を隔てる緩衝凹部11が設けられる。

Claims (5)
- 固定接点上で可動接点を回転させて固定接点と可動接点とを断接するロータリースイッチ装置であって、
前記両接点は帯状で防蝕用導電加工が施された接触面を有し、双方の接触面には、接触開始から所定の接続操作角の間に他方に対する接触点が一端部から他端部に向けて移動する過渡接触領域が設けられるとともに、
前記固定接点、および電源端子を所定の接触方向線に向けて露出させて保持するスイッチケースと、
前記スイッチケースに対して、前記接触方向線に沿う軸周りに回転自在で、前記可動接点を前記接触方向線に向けて進退自在に保持する接点ホルダとを有し、
前記可動接点は、所定厚を有して板状に形成され、圧縮スプリングにより材端を電源端子に常時接触させるとともに、導通時に固定接点に各々所定接触圧で接触させ、
かつ、前記固定接点の辺縁に面取り部を形成するとともに、電源端子と固定接点を前記接触方向線方向に異なった高さに配置して前記可動接点を傾斜姿勢に保持し、可動接点を固定接点に線接触させて導通が取られるロータリースイッチ装置。 - 前記スイッチケースには、固定接点の接触開始点を終点とし、かつ、終点を傾斜面により形成した可動接点の乗り上げ突条が設けられる請求項1記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
- 前記スイッチケースには、前記固定接点と電源端子間を隔てる緩衝凹部が設けられる請求項1または2記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
- 前記固定接点の過渡接触領域は、接触開始点近傍において可動接点上での移動速度が低速となる形状に形成される請求項1、2または3記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
- 前記固定接点の過渡接触領域は、接触開始位置近傍において可動接点の回転中心との間隔が最大となる形状に形成される請求項1、2、3または4記載のロータリースイッチ装置。
