Claims (6)
- 下側に放熱部が配置されるミドルベース;
前記ミドルベースの上側に配置され、一側に電源入力端子、整流部、初期充電回路、インバータ部及び出力端子台が実装されて、他側にSMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply)、ゲートドライブ回路、センシング回路及び保護回路が実装される第1のボード;
前記第1のボードと電気的に連結されるように、前記第1のボードの下側に配置され、前記初期充電回路から電源を貯蔵して、前記インバータ部又はSMPSに電源を伝達するDCリンク段が実装される第2のボード;
前記第1のボードと電気的に連結され、前記第1のボードと垂直方向に配置された、第3のボードであって、前記ゲートドライブ回路、センシング回路及び保護回路から信号を伝達される第3のボード;
前記第3のボードと電気的に連結され、前記第1のボードの上側に配置されたIOボードであって、使用者の制御を受ける、IOボード;及び
外部電源が入力され、前記第1のボードの上側に配置された、入力ボード;を含んでおり、
前記第1乃至第2のボードと、前記IOボードと、前記入力ボードは、互いに並列になるように異なるレイヤに配置される、電動機駆動装置。 - 前記DCリンク段は、前記放熱部に隣接するように前記第2のボードの下側面に実装される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記第1のボードと第2のボードは、第1の雌コネクタ及び第1の雄コネクタで電気的に連結されるかボルト結合で電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記第1のボードと第3のボードは、第2の雌コネクタ及び第2の雄コネクタで電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記第1のボードと第3のボードは、第2の雌コネクタ及び第2の雄コネクタで電気的に連結されて、
前記第3のボードとIOボードは、第3の雌コネクタ及び第3の雄コネクタで電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記IOボードと第3のボードは、前記第3の雌コネクタ及び第3の雄コネクタで接地が連結され、
前記第3のボードは、前記放熱部とボルト結合で接地が連結され、
前記放熱部は、前記入力ボードとボルト又は金属棒で接地が連結され、
前記入力ボードには接地端子台が配置されて、前記接地端子台は、外部接地に結線される、請求項5に記載の電動機駆動装置。
