Claims (7)

前記シールされた端部から前記開口に向かって前記パウチの端から端までの部分のうちの一部の上を延びる複数の接合部であって、前記複数の接合部のうちの第1接合部と、前記複数の接合部のうちの2番目に最も隣接する第2接合部とがディップチューブ組立体を締り嵌め構成で保持するように適合されたキャビティを画定する複数の接合部と、
前記パウチを第1及び第2の区画に分けるように、前記シールされた端部から前記開口に向かって前記パウチの長さに沿って延びる区画接合部と、
を備え、
前記複数の接合部は、前記シールされた端部とは反対の前記パウチの端部にポケットを画定するように、前記パウチよりも長さが短く、前記第1のシールされた縁部よりも長さが短く、前記第2のシールされた縁部よりも長さが短く、前記キャビティは前記ポケット内に開口し、さらに、前記ポケットは、前記キャビティから延びる前記ディップチューブ組立体の広がった部分を収容するように、前記第1のシールされた縁部と前記第2のシールされた縁部との間の前記キャビティの幅よりも広い幅を有し、
前記複数の接合部は、複数のディップチューブ組立体を保持するように適合された複数のキャビティを画定し、前記複数のキャビティは前記ポケット内に開口し、さらに、前記ポケットは、前記キャビティから延びる前記ディップチューブ組立体の広がった部分を収容するように、前記第1のシールされた縁部と前記第2のシールされた縁部との間の前記複数のキャビティよりも広く、前記キャビティは、前記ディップチューブ組立体を互いに接触しないように個々に保持するように適合され、
前記複数のキャビティを画定する前記複数の接合部は複数のキャビティ接合部であり、
前記区画接合部は前記キャビティ接合部のそれぞれよりも長く、
前記複数のキャビティ接合部の一部は、前記第1の区画内の複数のキャビティを画定するように、前記区画接合部に対して一方の側に配置され、前記複数のキャビティ接合部の他の一部は、前記第2の区画内の複数のキャビティを画定するように、前記区画接合部の前記一方の側と反対側に配置される、包装パウチ。 - 前記開口の端の近くで前記パウチをシールするために、前記パウチの幅を横断方向に横切るように延びるシールをさらに備え、前記シールは、前記区画接合部を横切るように延びる、請求項1に記載の包装パウチ。
- 前記シールはヒートシールである、請求項2に記載の包装パウチ。
- 前記パウチは、ポリエチレンの1つ又は2つのシートで形成され、ポリエチレンの各シートは、3ミルから6ミルの厚さの範囲である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の包装パウチ。
- それぞれがチューブ及び前記チューブに取り付けられた連結器を備える複数のディップチューブ組立体であって、前記連結器の幅は前記チューブの幅よりも広い複数のディップチューブ組立体と、
少なくとも1つのポリマー材料の可撓性のシートを備え、シールされた縁部と、前記シールされた縁部間を延びるシールされた端部とを画定する包装体と
を備え、
前記包装体はさらに、
各ディップチューブ組立体の少なくとも前記チューブがそれぞれ配置される複数の分離された内部キャビティと、
前記シールされた端部と反対側の前記包装体の端部に配置された少なくとも1つのポケットであって、前記複数の分離された内部キャビティは前記ポケットに隣接し、前記ディップチューブ組立体の前記連結器は、前記ポケット内部に配置されるように、前記キャビティのそれぞれに対して前記ポケット内に延びる、少なくとも1つのポケットと
を画定し、
前記包装体は、前記チューブ間の接触によって引き起こされる微粒子の生成を避けるために、前記ディップチューブ組立体の前記チューブを互いに接触しないように維持し、
前記包装体はさらに、前記包装体を2つの区画に分ける区画分割体を画定し、前記少なくとも1つのポケットは複数のポケットを備え、各区画は前記複数の分離された内部キャビティを含み、各区画は前記複数のポケットの各ポケットを含み、前記ディップチューブ組立体の第1グループは第1の区画の前記キャビティ内に配置され、前記ディップチューブ組立体の第2のグループは第2の区画の前記キャビティ内に配置される、ディップチューブ組立体包装システム。 - 前記第2の区画から前記第1の区画をシールするために、及び、前記包装体の外側から前記第1及び第2の区画をシールするために、前記包装体を横切るように延びるシールをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のディップチューブ組立体包装システム。
- 前記包装体のある面に配置された引き裂きノッチをさらに備え、前記引き裂きノッチは、前記第1の区画を開口するとともに前記第2の区画をシールしたまま前記第1の区画から前記ディップチューブ組立体を取り出すことができるように、前記包装体の前記面から前記区画分割体まで前記第1の区画を横切るように引き裂き片を作るように適合される、請求項6に記載のディップチューブ組立体包装システム。
