Description
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも二つ以上のパイプを連結するためのパイプ連結装置において、
連結末端部に係止鍔(11)が備えられるステンレスまたは銅材質のパイプ(10)と、
円形の板スプリング(21)が装着されるスプリング装着部(22)と前記係止鍔(11)を有する前記パイプ(10)が貫通するパイプ貫通ホール(23)が備えられ内側にねじ溝(24)が備えられる円筒形状の第1連結部材(20)と、
前記パイプ(10)が結合する側にオーリング(31)が装着されるオーリング装着部(32)と外部にねじ山(33)が備えられ前記パイプ(10)と内径が同一な貫通部(34)が形成される第2連結部材(30)で構成されるのであって、
前記係止鍔(11)を有する前記パイプ(10)が前記第1連結部材(20)に挿入されると、前記スプリング装着部(22)に装着された前記円形の板スプリング(21)が前記係止鍔(11)を乗り越えて前記係止鍔(11)に係止し、前記パイプ(10)は前記スプリング装着部(22)に固定される、
ことを特徴とするパイプ連結装置。 - 前記第1連結部材(20)に第1連結部材結合部(25)が構成されて前記第2連結部材(30)に結合し、向い側に結合する前記第1連結部材(20)に構成される前記第1連結部材結合部(25)に締結する固定部材(40)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結装置。
- 前記第1連結部材(20)に前記第1連結部材結合部(25)が構成されて、前記第2連結部材(30)に構成される第2連結部材結合部(35)に締結する補助固定部材(50)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイプ連結装置。
