Claims (13)
- 空気入りタイヤにおいて、
ビードコアを有する2つの環状のビード部分と、
両方の前記ビード部分の間を両方のサイドウォール部分とトレッド部分とを通って延びるカーカスと、
を有し、
前記カーカスは、前記トレッドから下方に前記ビードコアの軸方向内側に延びる少なくとも2つの軸方向内側プライを含み、前記少なくとも2つの軸方向内側プライは、前記ビードコアの周りを巻かれてそれぞれの折り返し部を形成し、各折り返し部は、前記ビードコアの軸方向外側に位置し、
前記カーカスは、さらに、前記トレッドから下方に前記ビードコアに向けて延びて前記ビードコアの軸方向外側に位置する第1の軸方向外側プライを有し、前記第1の軸方向外側プライは、前記軸方向内側プライの補強材よりも高い破壊強度と低い破壊伸び率を有する補強材から形成されていることを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記軸方向内側プライよりも高い強度を有する第2の軸方向外側プライをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向内側プライの角度は、未装着かつ未膨張の新品条件で測定したときに、前記ビードコアの中心を通って軸方向に延びている基準線に関して測定して40°〜55°に範囲内のある、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向内側プライの角度は、未装着かつ未膨張の新品条件で測定したときに、前記ビードコアの中心を通って軸方向に延びている基準線に関して測定して40°〜50°に範囲内のある、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 軸方向の最内側のプライは、1890d/3 6×6コード構造のナイロン補強材から形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカスプライの少なくとも1つは、1890d/2/2 5×6コード構造のナイロン補強材から形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1及び第2の軸方向内側プライの軸方向外側に位置する2つの付加プライをさらに有し、前記付加プライは、前記第1及び第2の軸方向内側プライよりも低い破壊強度を有するコードによって形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 軸方向最外側のプライは、1890d/2/2 4×4コード構造を有するナイロンによって形成されている、請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 軸方向最外側のプライは前記軸方向内側プライよりも高い強度の材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 軸方向最内側のプライは、1890d/3 6×6コード構造から形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向外側プライは、前記軸方向内側プライよりも5〜20%高い強度を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記軸方向内側プライは、前記軸方向外側プライよりも5〜20%高い破壊伸び率を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの軸方向内側プライの軸方向外側に位置する第3及び第4のプライを有し、前記第3及び第4のプライは前記少なくとも2つの軸方向内側プライよりも高い破壊伸び率を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
