Claims (12)
- 回転軸を有する空気入りタイヤにおいて、
少なくとも1つの補強プライと剪断歪を吸収するバッファをもたらす補強構造とを有するカーカスと、
前記カーカスの半径方向外側に配置されたトレッドと、
前記カーカスと前記トレッドとの半径方向の間に配置されたベルト構造と、
を有し、
前記補強構造は、織物のフレーム構造と前記フレーム構造によって画定された複数の開放セルとを含んでいる三次元織物の少なくとも1つの層を有し、
前記補強構造はフリッパーであることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記フリッパーは、前記カーカスのビードから前記補強プライを分離する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フリッパーは前記ビードと前記補強プライの間の歪軽減層として作用する、請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記織物は940/1デシテックスのポリアラミドからなる縦糸と1220/1デシテックスのレーヨンからなる横糸とを有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記縦糸は14EPIの密度を有し、前記横糸は12EPIの密度を有する、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記織物は、14EPIの密度を有する縦糸と12EPIの密度を有する横糸とを有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記空気入りタイヤは乗用車用ラジアルランフラットタイヤである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記三次元織物は、織目が開いている織布を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記織目が開いている織布の縁部は、前記織目が開いている織布の半径方向の長さにわたって連続する1対の縦糸を有する、請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記織目が開いている織布は、前記織目が開いている織布の上に配置された接着促進層を有する、請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は、織目が開いている織布の2以上の層を有するフリッパーである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フリッパーは、異なる繊維素材の少なくとも2つの繊維の縦糸を含む、請求項11に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
