Description
以下、添付図面を参照して、本願に係る医用画像診断装置について説明する。以下では、本願に係る医用画像診断装置としてのマンモグラフィ装置について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係るマンモグラフィ装置1の構成の一例を示す図である。
さて、これまで第1の実施形態について説明したが、上述した第1の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよいものである。

Claims (9)
- 被検体の乳房を圧迫する圧迫板と、
X線の照射領域を前記圧迫板の奥行き方向に直交する方向に移動させながらX線を照射するX線照射部と、
前記X線照射部による前記X線の照射領域の移動に連動して、前記圧迫板の奥行き方向に直交する方向に移動するX線検出器と、
前記圧迫板の奥行き方向に直交する方向に移動させられながら超音波を送受信する超音波プローブと、
を備え、
前記X線照射部は、前記圧迫板の奥行き方向に直交する方向における前記X線検出器の長さ以下で当該X線検出器が移動されるごとにX線を照射し、
前記超音波プローブは、前記圧迫板の奥行き方向に直交する方向における当該超音波プローブの長さ以下で移動されるごとに超音波を送受信する、医用画像診断装置。 - 前記X線照射部及び前記X線検出器は、前記X線の照射軸が前記X線検出器の中心を通過するように形成される、請求項1に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記X線の照射領域及び前記超音波プローブは、前記被検体の体の中心軸から体の外側に向かって移動する、請求項1又は2に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記X線検出器は、光子計数検出器である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記X線照射部は、前記X線検出器の位置に応じて前記X線の照射領域を調整するコリメータを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記X線照射部は、X線管を支持する支柱が前記X線検出器の移動に合わせて移動することにより、前記X線の照射領域を移動させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブは、前記X線照射部による前記被検体の乳房に対するX線の照射に先行して前記被検体の乳房に対して前記超音波を送受信する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブによって受信された反射波に基づいて生成された超音波画像に基づいて、前記X線照射部によるX線の照射条件を変更する制御部をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記超音波画像に基づいて前記被検体の乳房の位置を判定し、判定した位置に基づいてX線の照射及び停止を制御する、請求項8に記載の医用画像診断装置。
