Claims (8)

ここで、前記抗原結合ドメインは、配列番号1で示されるアミノ酸配列の位置11、64、67、及び位置107が、それぞれリジン(K)、アスパラギン酸(D)、アスパラギン酸(D)、及びリジン(K)で置換されたことを特徴とするキメラ抗原受容体。 - 前記共刺激ドメインは、TNFRSF9または突然変異したCD28であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。

- 前記抗原結合ドメインと前記ヒンジ領域との間に、さらに3つのグリシン(G)が導入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 配列番号14で示される請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 配列番号15で示される請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 請求項1、6または7のいずれか一項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体が発現されたCAR‐T細胞。
