Claims (7)

- 1つ又は複数の導電性フルオロポリマー糸が、充填パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)の内側部分及びパーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)の外側部分を含む共押出フィラメントである、請求項1に記載のプリーツ加工フィルター。
- その内部を通る流体の通過のための複数の開口部を含む円筒側壁を含み、円筒側壁の端部に配置された一対のエンドキャップを含む支持管であって、エンドキャップの対のうちの1つが支持管の内部領域からの流体の通過のための開口部を含む、支持管と、
