Claims (30)
- 組織部位の表面を貫通する開口を閉鎖するためのシステムにおいて、
密封空間を形成するために前記開口を覆うように適合されたシール部材と、
前記密封空間に負圧を提供するために前記密封空間に流体結合されるように適合された負圧源と、
前記開口の上に接して位置付けられるように適合された保護層と、
前記保護層と前記シール部材との間に位置付けられるように構成された収縮層と、を具え、
前記収縮層が、
未圧縮状態の材料の未圧縮での密度に対する圧縮状態の材料の圧縮された密度の比である硬度係数が3以上5以下である材料と、
空隙を形成するために前記収縮層を貫通して延びる複数の穴であって、第1の方向の複数の行と第2の方向の複数の列に配置されており、前記第1の方向が前記第2の方向に対して垂直である複数の穴と、を含み、
前記複数の穴において、
前記複数の穴の一つの穴の前記第2の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さと、前記一つの穴の前記第1の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さとの比である穿孔形状係数が0.5以上2.0以下であり、
隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記第1の方向とが形成する角度である筋交角度が30度以上90度以下であり、
前記複数の穴が、負圧の適用に応じて、前記開口に垂直な第2の方向に圧縮し、前記収縮層が、負圧の適用に応じて、前記開口を閉鎖する閉鎖力を、前記第2の方向において前記組織部位の前記表面に平行に生成することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴が5mmの平均有効直径を有することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴が、2列以上の平行な列において形成されることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記筋交角度が90度であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記収縮層の厚さが15mmであることを特徴とする、システム。

未圧縮状態の材料の未圧縮での密度に対する圧縮状態の材料の圧縮された密度の比である硬度係数が3以上5以下である材料から形成され、
空隙を形成するために前記収縮層を貫通して延びる複数の穴であって、第1の方向の複数の行と第2の方向の複数の列に配置されており、前記第1の方向が前記第2の方向に対して垂直である複数の穴を含み、
前記複数の穴において、
前記複数の穴の一つの穴の前記第2の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さと、前記一つの穴の前記第1の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さとの比である穿孔形状係数が0.5以上2.0以下であり、
隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記第1の方向とが形成する角度である筋交角度が30度以上90度以下であり、
