前記圧縮発泡体を貫通して延びる複数の穴であって、第1の方向の複数の行と第2の方向の複数の列に配置されており、前記第1の方向が前記第2の方向に対して垂直である複数の穴と、を含み、
各穴が空隙を形成し、前記圧縮発泡体における前記空隙の割合が40%から60%であり、
各穴において、前記複数の穴の一つの穴の前記第2の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さと、前記一つの穴の前記第1の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さとの比である穿孔形状係数が0.5以上2.0以下であり、
各穴において、隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記第1の方向とが形成する角度である筋交角度が30度以上70度以下であり、
前記圧縮発泡体に対する負圧の適用に応じて、前記空隙の割合、前記穿孔形状係数、および前記筋交角度が、前記複数の穴を圧縮して、前記圧縮発泡体を前記第2の方向に圧縮し、前記第1の方向には圧縮しないように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記複数の穴が5mmの平均有効直径を有することを特徴とする装置。

前記収縮層が、
複数の孔を有する圧縮発泡体であって、未圧縮状態の材料の未圧縮での密度に対する圧縮状態の材料の圧縮された密度の比である硬度係数が3以上5以下である圧縮発泡体と、
前記収縮層を貫通して延びる複数の穴であって、第1の方向の複数の行と第2の方向の複数の列に配置されており、前記第1の方向が前記第2の方向に対して垂直である複数の穴と、を含み、
各穴が前記収縮層における空隙を形成し、前記収縮層における空隙の割合が40%以上60%以下であり、
各穴において、前記複数の穴の一つの穴の前記第2の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さと、前記一つの穴の前記第1の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さとの比である穿孔形状係数が0.5以上2.0以下であり、
各穴において、隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記第1の方向とが形成する角度である筋交角度が30度以上70度以下であり、
負圧の適用に応じて、前記空隙の割合、前記穿孔形状係数、および前記筋交角度が、前記収縮層を前記第2の方向に圧縮させて、前記第1の方向には圧縮しないように構成され、前記収縮層が、前記開口を閉じる閉鎖力を、前記第2の方向において前記組織部位の前記表面に平行に生成することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴が5mmの平均有効直径を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23または24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴が、2列以上の平行な列において形成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23乃至25の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記収縮層の厚さが15mmであることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23乃至26何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴の各穴の形状が六角形であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴の各穴の形状が楕円形であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴の各穴の形状が円形であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 組織部位の表面を貫通する開口を閉鎖するためのシステムにおいて、当該システムが、
前記開口を覆って密封空間を形成するように構成されたシール部材と、
前記密封空間に流体接続されて前記密封空間に負圧を提供するように構成された負圧源と、
前記開口の上に配置するように構成された保護層と、
前記保護層に隣接して、前記保護層とシール部材との間に配置されるように構成された収縮層であって、当該収縮層は、当該収縮層を貫通して延びる複数の穴を有して空隙を形成する材料から形成され、前記複数の穴は、第1の方向の複数の行と第2の方向の複数の列に配置されており、前記第1の方向が前記第2の方向に対して垂直であり、
前記複数の穴は、前記複数の穴の一つの穴の前記第2の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さと、前記一つの穴の前記第1の方向における最大の長さの半分の長さとの比である穿孔形状係数と、隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記第1の方向とが形成する角度である筋交角度とを有し、前記穿孔形状係数および筋交角度は、前記開口に垂直な方向に前記複数の穴を圧縮するように構成され、
前記収縮層が、負圧の適用に応じて、前記開口を閉鎖する閉鎖力を、前記第2の方向において前記組織部位の前記表面に平行に生成することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴が、2列以上の平行な列において形成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記筋交角度が、隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記閉鎖力の方向に垂直な方向線との間の角度であり、前記筋交角度が90度であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記筋交角度が、隣接する列の隣接する穴の中心を接続する線と、前記閉鎖力の方向に垂直な方向線との間の角度であり、前記筋交角度が90度未満であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴の各穴の前記穿孔形状係数が、第1の線区画と第2の線区画との比であり、前記第1の線区画が、前記穴の中心から前記閉鎖力の方向に垂直な方向における穴の縁部まで延びており、前記第2の線区画が、前記穴の中心から前記閉鎖力の方向に平行な方向における穴の縁部まで延びており、前記複数の穴の穿孔形状係数が1未満であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の穴の各穴の前記穿孔形状係数が、第1の線区画と第2の線区画との比であり、前記第1の線区画が、前記穴の中心から前記閉鎖力の方向に垂直な方向における穴の縁部まで延びており、前記第2の線区画が、前記穴の中心から前記閉鎖力の方向に平行な方向における穴の縁部まで延びており、前記複数の穴の穿孔形状係数が1よりも大きいであることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記材料が硬度係数を有する発泡体材料であり、前記硬度係数が、未圧縮状態の発泡体材料の密度に対する圧縮状態の発泡体材料の密度の比であり、前記硬度係数が5であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項30に記載のシステムにおいて、前記材料が硬度係数を有する発泡体材料であり、前記硬度係数が、未圧縮状態の発泡体材料の密度に対する圧縮状態の発泡体材料の密度の比であり、前記硬度係数が3であることを特徴とするシステム。
