本変形例では、実施例3のシール部の部分を撥水処理部に変更した例を示す。図21に本変形例のコネクタ組立体の第1コネクタの平面図を、図22に本変形例のコネクタ組立体の第1コネクタの背面図、図23に図21のXXIII‐XXIIIの断面図、図27に図21のXXIV‐XXIVの断面図、図25に本変形例のコネクタ組立体の第1コネクタと第2コネクタの対向するファスナを係合させた場合の図21のXXIII‐XXIIIの位置での断面図、図28に本変形例のコネクタ組立体の第1コネクタと第2コネクタの対向するファスナを係合させた場合の図21のXXIV‐XXIV位置での断面図を示す。本変形例では、第1コネクタ500と第2コネクタ500は同じ構成である。また、図21〜23,25,27,28では12個の第1電気接続部材を有する例を示しているが、第1電気接続部材と第2電気接続部材の数は限定する必要はなく、用途に応じて求められる数を備えればよい。
本変形例では、第1電気接続部材および第2電気接続部材の変形例を示す。この変形例は、実施例1、実施例2、実施例3、実施例3変形例1のいずれにも適用できる変形例であり、第1電気接続部材と第2電気接続部材の一方のみを以下に説明する電気接続部材に変更してもよいし、両方を変更してもよい。そこで、以下では単に「電気接続部材」と呼んで説明する。

Claims (8)
- 樹脂製の基材上に配列された第1電気接続部材を有する第1コネクタと、
樹脂製の基材上に前記第1電気接続部材と対向する位置に第2電気接続部材を有する第2コネクタを備えるコネクタ組立体であって、
前記基材は柔軟性を有するフィルムで形成され、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタはさらに、互いに対向する位置に、それぞれの基材と一体化し、係合可能な樹脂製のファスナを有し、
前記第1コネクタの前記ファスナは、前記第1電気接続部材を囲む多角形を形成しており、
前記第2コネクタの前記ファスナは、前記第2電気接続部材を囲む多角形を形成しており、
対向する前記ファスナは係合時に水密性を有し、
前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材の少なくとも一方は、前記基材の法線方向に弾性を有し、
対向する前記ファスナを係合させることで、前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材が接触する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体であって、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタはさらに、隣接するファスナとの隙間にシール部材も有し、
対向する前記ファスナを係合させることで、前記シール部材同士が接触する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体であって、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタはさらに、隣接するファスナとの隙間部分には、撥水処理が施されている
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 樹脂製の基材上に配列された第1電気接続部材を有する第1コネクタと、
樹脂製の基材上に前記第1電気接続部材と対向する位置に第2電気接続部材を有する第2コネクタを備えるコネクタ組立体であって、
前記基材は柔軟性を有するフィルムで形成され、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタはさらに、
互いに対向する位置に、それぞれの基材と一体化し、係合可能な樹脂製のファスナと、
互いに対向する位置に、シール部材で形成されたシール部と、
を有し、
前記第1コネクタの前記ファスナと前記シール部とで、前記第1電気接続部材を囲んでおり、
前記第2コネクタの前記ファスナと前記シール部とで、前記第2電気接続部材を囲んでおり、
対向する前記ファスナは係合時に水密性を有し、
前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材の少なくとも一方は、前記基材の法線方向に弾性を有し、
対向する前記ファスナを係合させることで、前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材が接触し、前記シール部同士が接触する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 樹脂製の基材上に配列された第1電気接続部材を有する第1コネクタと、
樹脂製の基材上に前記第1電気接続部材と対向する位置に第2電気接続部材を有する第2コネクタを備えるコネクタ組立体であって、
前記基材は柔軟性を有するフィルムで形成され、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタはさらに、
互いに対向する位置に、それぞれの基材と一体化し、係合可能な樹脂製のファスナと、
互いに対向する位置に、撥水処理された部材で形成された撥水処理部と、
を有し、
前記第1コネクタの前記ファスナと前記撥水処理部とで、前記第1電気接続部材を囲んでおり、
前記第2コネクタの前記ファスナと前記撥水処理部とで、前記第2電気接続部材を囲んでおり、
対向する前記ファスナは係合時に水密性を有し、
前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材の少なくとも一方は、前記基材の法線方向に弾性を有し、
対向する前記ファスナを係合させることで、前記第1電気接続部材と前記第2電気接続部材が接触し、前記撥水処理部同士は所定の気圧内では水が浸入しない間隔以下に接近する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコネクタ組立体であって、
前記多角形は四角形である
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 請求項6記載のコネクタ組立体であって、
前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタとは同一形状である
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 請求項1〜7記載のコネクタ組立体であって、
前記基材と前記ファスナは、熱融着によって一体化された状態である
ことを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。
