Description
・点火プラグ29は、センター噴射式のものに代えて、燃料を燃焼室21の横方向から噴射するサイド噴射式のものであってもよい。この場合においても、ECU40は、インジェクタ30から噴射された燃料が点火プラグ29の電極29Aの位置又はその付近に到達するまでの時間を、時間間隔TWとして設定すればよい。
Claims (5)
- 燃焼室(21)内へ燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁(30)と、前記燃焼室内に点火火花を生じさせる点火プラグ(29)と、を備える内燃機関(10)に適用され、1燃焼サイクル中に前記燃料噴射弁による複数回の分割噴射を実施させるとともに、前記分割噴射のうち、最終回の分割噴射を圧縮行程後半で実施させる噴射制御部を備える内燃機関の制御装置(40)であって、
前記最終回の分割噴射での噴射時期から前記点火プラグの点火時期までの時間間隔を、燃圧が同一となる領域において、一定時間に設定する時間設定部と、
前記時間設定部により設定された前記時間間隔と、前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転速度とに基づいて、前記最終回の分割噴射での噴射時期を示すクランク角位置を設定する噴射時期設定部と、を備え、
前記噴射制御部は、前記最終回の分割噴射による噴射量を、前記回転速度によらず同じ噴射量に設定する内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記点火時期を設定する点火時期設定部を備え、
前記噴射時期設定部は、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転速度に基づいて、前記時間設定部により設定された前記時間間隔を、クランク角で規定される角度間隔に変換し、
前記点火プラグの点火時期と、前記角度間隔とにより前記最終回の分割噴射での噴射時期を設定する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃圧が可変に設定されるようになっており、
前記時間設定部は、前記燃圧が属する燃圧領域に基づいて、前記時間間隔を設定する請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射弁は、前記点火プラグの近傍に配置されたセンター噴射式であり、
前記時間設定部は、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射された燃料が前記点火プラグの電極の位置又はその付近に到達するまでの時間を、前記時間間隔として設定する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃圧が所定の燃圧判定値よりも小さいか否かを判定する判定部を備え、
前記噴射制御部は、前記燃圧が前記燃圧判定値以上と判定された場合に、前記燃料噴射弁に前記圧縮行程後半での前記分割噴射を実施させ、前記燃圧が前記燃圧判定値よりも小さいと判定された場合に、前記燃料噴射弁に前記圧縮行程後半での前記分割噴射を実施させない請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
