Description
前記廃棄物中の、少なくとも一部の無機物の除去によって、有機物を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を取得し、
水分量が少なくとも15重量パーセントであり、かつその乾燥重量の少なくとも50重量パーセントが前記選別物である原材料を提供し、
前記原材料をせん断力を用いた混合に付し、そして
前記原材料を加熱に付すことを包含しており、
非粒状処理材料が得られる。
前記原材料は乾燥されることなく前記混合と前記加熱に付される。
前記廃棄物と、前記廃棄物の一部が沈降するように選択された水性液体とを接触させて、あらかじめ選択した範囲内の比重を有する材料を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を得ることを含む、前記廃棄物に含まれる材料の比重に応じた分離を包含する方法、が提供される。
前記廃棄物に含まれる材料の比重に応じた分離によって、前記廃棄物から無機物の少なくとも一部を除去するために構成された分離器であって、無機物の少なくとも一部が沈降するように選択された液体を含み、有機物を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を得るための分離器と、
原材料をせん断力を用いた混合に付すための装置であって、それぞれ独立に前記廃棄物を加熱に付すために適応された第1混合ゾーンと第2混合ゾーンとを有する装置と、
前記混合および前記加熱の際に放出されるガスを、前記装置から除去するためにそれぞれ適応された第1排出口と第2排出口と
を包含し、
前記システムは、前記選別物を含みかつ水分量が少なくとも15重量パーセントである原材料を前記装置に提供するために構成されており、そして
前記装置は、前記原材料を第1混合ゾーン内で混合に付して前記第1排出口から前記ガスを除去し、続いて、前記原材料を第2混合ゾーン内で混合に付して前記第2排出口から前記ガスを除去して、処理材料を得るために構成されており、前記原材料は乾燥されることなく前記混合と前記加熱に付される。
廃棄物に含まれる材料の比重に応じた分離のために構成された分離器を包含し、前記分離器は、前記廃棄物の一部が沈降するように選択された液体を含み、あらかじめ選択した範囲内の比重を有する材料を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を得るためのものである。

Claims (8)
- 廃棄物を処理して非粒状処理材料を形成するための方法であって、
前記廃棄物中の、少なくとも一部の無機物の除去によって、有機物を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を取得し、
水分量が少なくとも15重量パーセントであり、かつその乾燥重量の少なくとも50重量パーセントが前記選別物である原材料を提供し、
前記原材料をせん断力を用いた混合に付し、そして
前記原材料を加熱に付す
ことを包含し、
前記除去は、材料の比重に応じた分離を含み、前記分離は、前記廃棄物と、前記無機物の少なくとも一部が沈降するように選択された液体との接触を含み、
前記原材料は乾燥されることなく前記混合と前記加熱に付され、
非粒状処理材料が得られる方法。 - 前記原材料の水分量が少なくとも40重量パーセントである、および/または前記原材料の乾燥重量の15〜30重量パーセントが合成ポリマーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記原材料の乾燥重量の少なくとも70重量パーセントがリグノセルロースである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 廃棄物を選別するための方法であって、
前記廃棄物は、木材由来材料、プラスチック、食品、および無機物を含む、自治体の固形廃物であり、前記廃棄物と、前記廃棄物の一部が沈降するように選択された水性液体とを接触させて、あらかじめ選択した範囲内の比重を有する材料を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を得ることを含む、前記廃棄物に含まれる材料の比重に応じた分離を包含し、
前記水性液体は塩溶液を含み、前記塩溶液における塩濃度は少なくとも10重量パーセントである、方法。 - 前記接触において、前記廃棄物と水性液体との接触によって部分選別物を得ることを包含し、前記部分選別物を材料の比重に応じた分離のための1回以上の追加サイクルに付すことをさらに包含し、前記分離は、前記部分選別物と追加の液体との接触によって前記選別物を得ることを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 廃棄物を処理して非粒状処理材料を形成するためのシステムであって、
前記廃棄物に含まれる材料の比重に応じた分離によって、前記廃棄物から無機物の少なくとも一部を除去するために構成された分離器であって、無機物の少なくとも一部が沈降するように選択された液体を含み、有機物を少なくとも90重量パーセント含有する選別物を得るための分離器と、
原材料をせん断力を用いた混合に付すための装置であって、それぞれ独立に前記廃棄物を加熱に付すために適応された第1混合ゾーンと第2混合ゾーンとを有する装置と、
前記混合および前記加熱の際に放出されるガスを、前記装置から除去するためにそれぞれ適応された第1排出口と第2排出口と
を包含し、
前記システムは、前記選別物を含みかつ水分量が少なくとも15重量パーセントである原材料を前記装置に提供するために構成されており、そして
前記装置は、前記原材料を第1混合ゾーン内で混合に付して前記第1排出口から前記ガスを除去し、続いて、前記原材料を第2混合ゾーン内で混合に付して前記第2排出口から前記ガスを除去して、処理材料を得るために構成されており、前記原材料は乾燥されることなく前記混合と前記加熱に付される、システム。 - 前記水性液体の比重が少なくとも1.10である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記水性液体は塩化ナトリウム水溶液を含む、請求項4または7に記載の方法。
