Claims (11)
- 光学フィルムをパネルに付着させるディスプレイユニット製造システムであって、
偏光フィルムを含む前記光学フィルムを搬送する搬送ユニット、
前記光学フィルムを前記パネルの大きさに対応するように切断する切断ユニット、及び
前記光学フィルムをパネルに付着する付着ユニットを含み、
前記付着ユニットは、前記光学フィルムを前記パネルの一面に加圧して付着する付着ロール、及び前記付着ロールの垂れを抑制する垂れ抑制部を含み、
前記付着ロールは上付着ロールと下付着ロールとを有し、前記垂れ抑制部は前記上付着ロールと前記下付着ロールの両方の垂れを抑制する、
ディスプレイユニット製造システム。 - 光学フィルムをパネルに付着させるディスプレイユニット製造システムであって、
偏光フィルムを含む前記光学フィルムを搬送する搬送ユニット、
前記光学フィルムを前記パネルの大きさに対応するように切断する切断ユニット、及び
前記光学フィルムをパネルに付着する付着ユニットを含み、
前記付着ユニットは、前記光学フィルムを前記パネルの一面に加圧して付着する付着ロール、及び前記付着ロールの垂れを抑制する垂れ抑制部を含み、
前記垂れ抑制部は、磁力を用いて前記付着ロールの垂れを抑制する磁力発生部を含み、
前記磁力発生部は、前記付着ロールの外周面の一部分に接し、前記付着ロールを支持できるロール形態に形成される、
ディスプレイユニット製造システム。 - 前記垂れ抑制部は、磁力を用いて前記付着ロールの垂れを抑制する磁力発生部を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記磁力発生部は、20〜50MGOeの強さを有する永久磁石を含む、請求項2又は3に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記磁力発生部は、印加される電流の大きさに応じて磁力が調節される電磁石を含む、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記磁力発生部は、前記付着ロールの長さ方向に沿って離隔して配置された複数の単位磁力発生部を含む、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記垂れ抑制部は、前記付着ロールの外周面の一部分に接して前記付着ロールを支持する支持部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記垂れ抑制部は、前記磁力発生部と前記付着ロール間の距離を調節する距離調節部を含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記付着ロールの直径は20〜80mmである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記付着ロールの長さは1800〜3700mmである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
- 前記付着ロールは、前記磁力発生部に対向する位置に強磁性体を含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニット製造システム。
