Description
図1は、本開示の実施の形態に従う車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、車両1は、エンジン100と、モータジェネレータ10,20と、遊星歯車装置30と、駆動輪50と、駆動輪50に接続された出力軸60と、バッテリ150と、システムメインリレー(SMR:System Main Relay)160と、電力制御ユニット(PCU:Power Control Unit)200と、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)300とを備える。
図2は、車両1の電気システムの構成を説明するための回路ブロック図である。図2を参照して、PCU200は、コンデンサC1と、コンバータ210と、コンデンサC2と、インバータ221,222と、電圧センサ230と、電流センサ241,242とを含む。
ECU300は、上述のEV走行及びHV走行を走行状況によって切換えながら車両1を走行させる。たとえば、車両発進時や低速走行時において、エンジン100が低効率領域で動作することを回避するためにEV走行が選択される。
ここで、Grは、MG2回転数Nm2と出力軸60の回転数との間の変速比である。以下、モータジェネレータ20のロータ21が変速機を介さずに出力軸60に連結される本実施の形態では、Gr=1として式(1)を取り扱う。
さらに、目標MG1回転数Nm1*及びMG1回転数Nm1の偏差に応じてMG1トルクTgを増減するように、トルク指令値Tqcom1を設定することができる。
本実施の形態では、モータジェネレータの出力制御として、パルス幅変調(PWM:Pulse Width Modulation)制御について説明する。
図5を参照して、PWM制御では、搬送波160と、相電圧指令170との電圧比較に基づき、インバータ221,222の各相のスイッチング素子のオンオフが制御される。これにより、モータジェネレータ10,20の各相に、擬似正弦波電圧としてのパルス幅変調電圧180が印加される。搬送波160は、所定周波数の三角波やのこぎり波によって構成することができる。相電圧指令170は、モータジェネレータ10,20がトルク指令値Tqcom1,Tqcom2に従ったトルクを出力するための相電圧として、以下に説明するように演算される。パルス幅変調電圧180のパルス高さは、システム電圧VHに相当する。
上述のように、ロータに永久磁石を有するモータジェネレータ10,20の出力制御には、電気角θが必要である。図6に示された通常時(レゾルバ正常時)の制御では、座標変換部520,550による式(3),(5)の座標変換で必要となる電気角θは、レゾルバ421(422)の検出値から求められる。
次いで、ECU300は、ステップS110で求められたMG2回転数推定値Nme2を回転角速度ωに換算する(ステップS120)。この回転角速度ωと、PWM制御の制御周期Δtとの積により、制御周期間での電気角変化量(ω・Δt)を求めることができる。
Claims (2)
- ロータに永久磁石を有するモータジェネレータと、
駆動輪に機械的に接続される出力軸と、
少なくとも前記モータジェネレータの回転軸及び前記出力軸が機械的に連結される遊星歯車装置と、
前記モータジェネレータを駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータを経由して前記モータジェネレータと電力を授受する蓄電装置と、
前記モータジェネレータの回転角を検出する回転角センサと、
前記モータジェネレータに流れる電流を検出する電流センサと、
前記回転角センサに異常が生じているときの車両走行において、前記モータジェネレータの出力を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記車両走行において、前記遊星歯車装置のギヤ比と、前記モータジェネレータが連結される回転軸以外の前記遊星歯車装置の回転軸の回転数とから前記モータジェネレータの回転角速度推定値を周期的に算出するとともに、前記回転角速度推定値から求められる回転角変化量推定値の積算によって周期的に電気角推定値を算出し、さらに、前記電気角推定値を用いて前記インバータの制御指令を周期的に生成するように構成され、
各周期における前記電気角推定値は、周期間での前記回転角変化量推定値と前回周期での前記電気角推定値との和に対して、前記インバータの制御指令と前記電流センサによる電流検出値とから推定演算された電気角誤差を補正することによって求められ、
前記制御装置は、前記車両走行において、前記モータジェネレータの出力制御の開始から前記電気角誤差の絶対値が所定値よりも大きい間は、前記インバータの出力が定電位となるように前記インバータの制御指令を生成する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記車両走行において、前記モータジェネレータの出力制御の開始から前記電気角誤差の絶対値が前記所定値よりも大きい間は、前記インバータの出力電圧が零となるように前記制御指令を生成する、請求項1に記載の車両。
