Claims (14)
- ポリマーマトリックスと、前記ポリマーマトリックスを強化する繊維とを含み、前記繊維が水性接着剤組成物で処理されそして乾燥されており、前記水性接着剤組成物は、溶媒又は分散媒としての水と、前記ポリマーマトリックスと共硬化性の高分子電解質と、前記繊維と適合性がありかつ前記高分子電解質と共硬化性のプライマー材料と、前記高分子電解質及び前記ポリマーマトリックスと適合性のある硬化剤とを含み、前記繊維が炭素繊維であり、前記プライマー材料がエポキシ樹脂又はエポキシ水性分散液である、動力伝達ベルト用の複合材料組成物。
- 前記高分子電解質が、有機酸基の塩を含むペンダント電解質基を有するポリマー主鎖を含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記塩がナトリウム塩、カリウム塩、アンモニウム塩、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩、アルミニウム塩、鉄塩、銅塩、又は亜鉛塩であり、そして前記有機酸基がカルボン酸基又はスルホン酸基である、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記硬化剤が有機過酸化物又は硫黄系硬化剤である、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記高分子電解質がポリマー主鎖中に又は側基中に不飽和を含む、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー主鎖がジエンモノマーを含む、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー主鎖がポリブタジエンを含む、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記高分子電解質が、少なくとも部分的に中和されたマレイン酸グラフト化ポリブタジエンを含む、請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- エラストマーマトリックスを含むエラストマー組成物であって、炭素繊維が前記エラストマーマトリックスを強化し、前記炭素繊維は、溶媒又は分散媒としての水と、前記エラストマーマトリックスと共硬化性の高分子電解質と、前記繊維と適合性がありかつ前記高分子電解質と共硬化性のプライマー材料と、前記高分子電解質及び前記エラストマーマトリックスと適合性がある硬化剤とを含み、前記プライマー材料がエポキシ樹脂又はエポキシ水性分散液である水性接着剤組成物で処理され、続いて乾燥されている、動力伝達ベルト用のエラストマー組成物。
- エラストマー本体と、前記本体内に埋め込まれた強化繊維と、前記繊維を被覆する接着剤組成物とを含む動力伝達ベルトであって、前記接着剤組成物がポリマーマトリックスと共硬化性の高分子電解質と、前記繊維と適合性がありかつ前記高分子電解質と共硬化性のプライマー材料と、及び前記高分子電解質又は前記エラストマーマトリックスと適合性がある硬化剤との反応生成物を含み、前記強化繊維が炭素繊維であり、前記プライマー材料がエポキシ樹脂又はエポキシ水性分散液である、動力伝達ベルト。
- 水と、エポキシ樹脂と、マレイン化ポリブタジエン高分子電解質と、及び前記高分子電解質及びポリマーマトリックスと適合性のある硬化剤とを含む、ポリマーマトリックスを強化する炭素繊維を処理するための動力伝達ベルト用の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂がビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂である、請求項11に記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化剤が過酸化物硬化剤である、請求項12に記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記高分子電解質が1モル%〜15モル%の中和されたマレエート基を含む、請求項13に記載の水性接着剤組成物。
