Claims (7)
- コンピュータ(8)により多色両面印刷プロセスでの印刷基材変形(1,2)を補償する方法であって、
自動色間見当補正として、個々の色分解の印刷時に印刷機構内で発生する基材変形(1,2)を、それぞれ印刷基材(6)の表面および裏面の印刷時に求めて補償し、
前記印刷基材(6)の表面につき求められた変形パラメータ(1,2)から、前記コンピュータ(8)により、別の色分解の印刷時に裏面に発生する基材変形(1,2)の予測を計算し、ついで、前記予測を、裏面の基材変形(1,2)の補償のための入力パラメータ(7)として前記コンピュータ(8)で使用する、方法において、
各印刷機構が発生させる基材変形(1,2)を、それぞれ後続の印刷機構において、少なくとも1つの画像センサを用いた見当標(3)の測定により検出し、
最後に使用される印刷機構での表面の基材変形であって、裏面の基材変形(1,2)の補償のための入力パラメータとして用いられる基材変形を、前方の印刷機構につき検出された基材変形値(1,2)に基づいて前記コンピュータ(8)により計算する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記最後に使用される印刷機構での表面の基材変形の前記計算を、前記前方の印刷機構に対して求められた基材変形(1,2)の外挿を用いて、前記コンピュータ(8)により行う、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記外挿のために、前記前方の印刷機構に対して求められた基材変形(1,2)に起因する色間見当ずれ(4)を、正規化網点面積率へ換算し、
前記正規化網点面積率と、前記最後に使用される印刷機構での色分解の実際の網点面積率値と、を差引計算する、
請求項2記載の方法。 - 裏面の基材変形(1,2)の補償のための前記入力パラメータ(7)を計算する際に、前記印刷基材(6)の、がんどう返しおよびだるま返しを含む反転方式を考慮する、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記印刷基材(6)の前処理の際に、前記前処理に起因する基材変形を計算し、ついで、表面の基材変形(1,2)の計算のために印刷プロセスにおいて前記入力パラメータ(7)として使用する、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記印刷基材(6)の前記前処理は、前記印刷基材(6)へのホットスタンピングおよび/またはフィルムコーティングである、
請求項5記載の方法。 - 基材変形(1,2)は、基材膨張(1,2)または基材収縮である、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
