Description
電池ケースの内部に電極アセンブリおよびゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を含む加工用電池セルの装着される湾入部が形成されている第1ダイと、
前記湾入部に装着された加工用電池セルを密閉するために第1ダイに結合される第2ダイと、を含むことを特徴とする。
(i)電池ケースの内部に電極アセンブリおよびゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を含む加工用電池セルを用意する過程と、
(ii)前記加工用電池セルを硬化用ダイの湾入部に装着した後、密閉させる過程と、
(iii)前記硬化用ダイを調節して、電池ケース内のゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を架橋反応によってゲル化させる過程と、を含むことができる。
Claims (19)
- ゲルポリマー電解質の製造のための硬化(curing)用ダイであって、
電池ケースの内部に電極アセンブリおよびゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を含む加工用電池セルの装着される湾入部が形成されている第1ダイと、
前記湾入部に装着された加工用電池セルを密閉するために第1ダイに結合される第2ダイと、を含み、
前記第1ダイおよび第2ダイは、加工用電池セルの電極端子に接触する位置に、導電性素材からなるダイ端子をそれぞれ含み、前記ダイ端子は、外部の充放電装置に連結されることを特徴とする硬化用ダイ。 - 前記第1ダイおよび第2ダイのうちの少なくとも1つは、その一部または全部が熱伝導性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第1ダイの湾入部は、その一部または全部が熱伝導性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第2ダイ中における、第1ダイの湾入部に対面する部分の一部または全部は、熱伝導性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第1ダイおよび第2ダイのうちの少なくとも1つは、温度調節装置に連結されている熱線を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第1ダイに形成されているダイ端子と前記第2ダイに形成されているダイ端子は、第1ダイと第2ダイとが結合された時、同一の極性同士で接触するように対応する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記ダイ端子は、加工用電池セルの正極端子と接触する(+)ダイ端子と、加工用電池セルの負極端子と接触する(−)ダイ端子とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 第1ダイにおいて、(+)ダイ端子と(−)ダイ端子は、湾入部の一側端部外面に独立して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 第1ダイにおいて、(+)ダイ端子と(−)ダイ端子は、湾入部の一側端部外面と前記一側端部外面に対向する他側端部外面にそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第2ダイにも、第1ダイの湾入部に対応する位置に追加的な湾入部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第2ダイは、湾入部なく平らな構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 前記第1ダイと第2ダイは、ヒンジによって一側端部が相互連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化用ダイを用いてゲルポリマー電池セルを製造する方法であって、
(i)電池ケースの内部に電極アセンブリおよびゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を含む加工用電池セルを用意する過程と、
(ii)前記加工用電池セルを硬化用ダイの湾入部に装着した後、密閉させる過程と、
(iii)前記硬化用ダイを調節して、電池ケース内のゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物を架橋反応によってゲル化させる過程と、を含むことを特徴とするゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記過程(iii)で、前記加工用電池セルが装着された硬化用ダイをオーブンに入れてオーブン内の温度を調節するか、前記硬化用ダイの熱線に電流を印加してダイを加熱させて、ゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物をゲル化させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記架橋反応のための温度は、摂氏30〜100度であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
- (iv)前記硬化用ダイのダイ端子を充放電装置に連結して、加工用電池セルの活性化工程を行う過程と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記過程(i)における加工用電池セルは、一側部位に未シール部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記加工用電池セルの未シール部は、電極端子が形成されていない電池セル本体の側面から延びており、湾入部の外側で第1ダイと第2ダイとによって密封状態を維持することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記ゲルポリマー電解質形成用組成物は、電解液溶媒、リチウム塩、反応性単量体またはオリゴマー、および開始剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲルポリマー電池セルの製造方法。
