Description
Claims (2)
- 内周部に渦形の送風路が形成され、前記渦形の送風路の中心軸の軸方向である第1方向の少なくとも一方に吸気開口部が形成された本体部と、前記本体部の外周部にて前記渦形の送風路が内部に連続した状態で形成されて、前記吸気開口部から吸い込んだ空気を噴出させる噴出筒部とを有したボリュートと、
前記渦形の送風路の中心軸と平行な回転軸を有して、前記ボリュートの本体部内に回転可能に設けられた回転基板と、前記回転基板に前記回転軸の軸方向に突出するよう設けられ、前記回転基板の回転方向に間隔を介して配置された複数の羽根部を有し、前記吸気開口部から吸い込んだ空気を遠心方向に噴き出すことで前記本体部内の渦形の送風路で昇圧させて前記噴出筒部から噴出させる羽根車と、
前記羽根車を回転させる原動機とを備えた送風作業機であって、
前記噴出筒部に、前記噴出筒部から噴き出された空気を地面に導く送風管を連通接続し、
前記ボリュートの本体部内の前記羽根車の風が吹き出る位置と対向する位置には前記渦形の送風路の最も上流となる位置から風の流れる方向と逆向きに前記送風路に沿って延びる舌部を形成し、
前記舌部の前記渦形の送風路に沿った方向である第2方向の長さを前記羽根車の複数の羽根部の各間隔の2 〜 3 倍の長さとするとともに、前記舌部における前記第1方向の長さを風の上流側に進むにつれて短くなるように傾斜させ、
前記舌部の前記第2方向の長さを前記舌部の前記第1方向の最も長い部分での長さより2倍以上としたことを特徴とする送風作業機。 - 請求項1に記載の送風作業機において、
前記舌部における前記第1方向で最も長い部分を、前記羽根車の羽根部における前記回転軸の軸方向の長さの半分より長い位置まで延出させたことを特徴とする送風作業機。
