Claims (7)
- 第1の樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と前記第1の樹脂材料とは熱収縮率が異なる第2の樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが少なくともー部が重なり合わない状態で、前記第1樹脂部と前記第2樹脂部とが接続されている樹脂部品であって、
前記第2樹脂部の前記第1樹脂部との境界部位より内側の部分に不連続部を有し、
前記不連続部は屈曲している部分を少なくとも有することを特徴とする樹脂部品。 - 前記第2樹脂部は前記第1樹脂部に少なくとも一部が囲まれるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
- 前記不連続部は、前記境界部位に沿って断続的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
- 前記不連続部は、意匠面と反対側の面において開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
- 前記不連続部は、上面視でV字形状をなす切れ目であり、前記V字形状の3つの端点を結んでなる3辺からなる領域内に、他の貫通孔又は有底孔のV字形状の2辺の結合点が位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
- 第1樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と前記第1樹脂材料とは熱収縮率が異なる第2樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが少なくともー部が重なり合わない状態で接合されている樹脂部品の成形方法であって、
成形後の樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部と前記第2樹脂部と境界部位より前記第2樹脂部側の部分に屈曲している部分を少なくとも有する不連続部を形成するための突起が配置されているキャビティに対して、前記成形後の樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部となる前記キャビティの部分に前記第1樹脂材料を供給すると共に、前記成形後の樹脂部品の前記第2樹脂部となる前記キャビティの部分に前記第2樹脂材料を供給することを特徴とする樹脂部品の成形方法。 - 第1樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と前記第1樹脂材料とは熱収縮率が異なる第2樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが少なくともー部が重なり合わない状態で接合されている樹脂部品の成形装置であって、
成形後の樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部と前記第2樹脂部と境界部位より前記第2樹脂部側の部分に屈曲している部分を少なくとも有する不連続部を形成するための突起が配置されているキャビティと、
前記成形後の樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部となる前記キャビティの部分に前記第1樹脂材料を供給する第1供給ノズルと、
前記成形後の樹脂部品の前記第2樹脂部となる前記キャビティの部分に前記第2樹脂材料を供給する第2供給ノズルとを備えたことを特徴とする樹脂部品の成形装置。
