Claims (3)
- 1つの主弁(1)および1つの弁止め部材(3)を備える往復圧縮機弁装置であって、
主弁(1)は、1つの固定端部(11)と、少なくとも1つの可動端部(12)と、1つの屈曲領域(13)と、を備え、
弁止め部材(3)は、少なくとも1つの圧着線端部(32)によって輪郭が示された1つの支持領域(31)を備え、
主弁(1)の屈曲領域(13)の起点は、横断する屈曲線(13)であり、
主弁(1)の屈曲領域(13)の横断する屈曲線(13)と弁止め部材(3)の固定支持領域(31)の圧着線端部(32)とが互いに縦方向にずれており、
往復圧縮機弁装置はさらに、少なくとも1つの固定端部(21)と、少なくとも1つの横断する屈曲線(23)と、を備える少なくとも1つの補助弁(2)を備え、前記補助弁(2)が主弁(1)と弁止め部材(3)との間に設けられており、
主弁(1)の固定端部(11)、補助弁(2)の固定端部(21)、および弁止め部材(3)の固定支持領域(31)が互いに上下に固定されており、
主弁(1)の横断する屈曲線(13)、補助弁(2)の横断する屈曲線(23)、および弁止め部材(3)の固定支持領域(31)の圧着線端部(32)が互いに対して縦方向にずれていることを特徴とする、往復圧縮機弁装置。 - 主弁(1)の固定端部(11)の起点と屈曲領域(13)の起点との間の形成された第3の伸長部に関する第3の寸法(D3)と、
補助弁(2)の固定端部(21)の起点と屈曲領域(23)の起点との間の形成された第2の伸長部に関する第2の寸法(D2)と、
弁止め部材(3)の固定支持領域(31)の起点と圧着線端部(32)との間の形成された第1の伸長部に関する第1の寸法(D1)と、
が予見され、
往復圧縮機弁装置が、第3の寸法(D3)が第1の寸法(D1)よりも大きく、第2の寸法(D2)が第1の寸法(D1)よりも大きくて第3の寸法(D3)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の往復圧縮機弁装置。 - 第3の寸法(D3)が第1の寸法(D1)の1.2から2.5倍の大きさであり、
第2の寸法(D2)が第1の寸法(D1)の1.1から2.4倍の大きさであり、第2の寸法(D2)は第3の寸法(D3)よりも必ず小さくなければならない、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の往復圧縮機弁装置。
