Claims (6)
- 第1の通信バンドに対応する第1の伝送経路及び第2の伝送経路と、
前記第1の通信バンドと周波数帯が異なる第2の通信バンドに対応する第3の伝送経路と、
アンテナに電気的に接続されるアンテナ端子と、
前記第1の伝送経路、前記第2の伝送経路及び前記第3の伝送経路のそれぞれに設けられる整合回路と、
共通端子を有し、前記第1の伝送経路、前記第2の伝送経路及び前記第3の伝送経路のうち、1つ以上が選択的に前記共通端子に電気的に接続されるスイッチ回路と、を備え、
前記共通端子は前記アンテナ端子に電気的に接続され、
前記スイッチ回路は、
前記第1の通信バンドのみを用いて通信するとき、前記第1の伝送経路を選択し、
前記第1の通信バンド及び前記第2の通信バンドを共用して通信するとき、前記第2の伝送経路及び前記第3の伝送経路を選択する
高周波モジュール。 - 前記第1の伝送経路及び前記第2の伝送経路に電気的に接続される第1のフィルタ回路と、
前記第3の伝送経路に電気的に接続される第2のフィルタ回路と、をさらに備える
請求項1記載の高周波モジュール。 - 前記第1の伝送経路、前記第2の伝送経路及び前記第3の伝送経路のそれぞれに設けられる前記整合回路を構成するインピーダンス素子の接続形態は同一である、請求項1または2記載の高周波モジュール。
- 前記第2の通信バンドに対応する第4の伝送経路と、
前記第4の伝送経路に設けられる整合回路とをさらに備え、
前記スイッチ回路は、前記第2の通信バンドのみを用いて通信するとき、前記第4の伝送経路を選択する
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の高周波モジュール。 - 前記第1の通信バンド及び前記第2の通信バンドの各送信信号を増幅する送信用増幅回路をさらに備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の高周波モジュール。
- 前記第1の通信バンド及び前記第2の通信バンドの各受信信号を増幅する受信用増幅回路をさらに備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の高周波モジュール。
