Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法を示すフローチャートである。第1の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、図1に示すように、積層ステップS11と、加圧加熱ステップS12と、を有する。
図9は、第2の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法を示すフローチャートである。本発明の第2の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、図9に示すように、少なくとも加圧加熱ステップS12の前に、接着前処理ステップS21をさらに追加したものである。なお、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、他の構成については、第1の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法と同様である。第2の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法について、以下に説明する。第2の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、その他の第1の実施形態と同様の構成に第1の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図12は、第3の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法における加圧加熱ステップS12を説明する説明図である。図13は、図12のB−B断面における断面図である。本発明の第3の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、図12及び図13に示すように、加圧加熱ステップS12において、複合材料円筒型12の内周に配置した複数の複合材料シート11の軸方向における両端側の位置であり、かつ、加圧及び加熱する際に用いる加圧加熱ケース32の内側の位置に、加圧加熱ステップS12で使用する複合材料円筒型12と同等の線膨張を有し、複数の複合材料シート11の軸方向における両端側を保護するリング状のダム部材である複合材料ダム部材31を配置するように変更したものである。なお、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、他の構成については、第1の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法と同様である。第3の実施形態に係る円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、その他の第1の実施形態と同様の構成に第1の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- 複数の複合材料シートを、複合材料シートの端部同士の間にスプライスを形成して、前記スプライスの周方向の位相を異ならせて、円筒状に積層する積層ステップと、
前記積層ステップで積層した複数の前記複合材料シートを、複合材料円筒型の内周面に沿って配置した状態で加圧しながら加熱することで、複数の前記複合材料シートに含まれる樹脂を反応させて、複数の前記複合材料シートを一体化して円筒状に成形する加圧加熱ステップと、
を有し、
前記複合材料円筒型は、前記複合材料シートと同等の線膨張を有することを特徴とする円筒状複合材料の成形方法。 - 前記加圧加熱ステップの前に行われ、前記複合材料円筒型の内周面を、複数の前記複合材料シートの最も外側の複合材料シートと接着可能にする接着前処理を行う接着前処理ステップと、をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記加圧加熱ステップでは、前記複合材料円筒型の内周面に配置した複数の前記複合材料シートの軸方向における両端側の位置であり、かつ、加圧及び加熱する際に用いる加圧加熱ケースの内側の位置に、前記複合材料円筒型と同等の線膨張を有し、複数の前記複合材料シートの軸方向における両端側を保護するリング状のダム部材を配置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記リング状のダム部材は、リング状の複合材料ダム部材であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記積層ステップでは、前記複合材料円筒型の内周面に、内側に向かって複数の複合材料シートを積層することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記積層ステップでは、前記加圧加熱ステップで使用する前記複合材料円筒型とは別の円筒型の外周面に、外側に向かって複数の複合材料シートを積層し、積層後に前記別の円筒型を抜き取ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記加圧加熱ステップでは、前記複合材料シート及び前記複合材料円筒型を径方向外側に向かって加圧することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記複合材料円筒型の内周面の径と同じ径の外周面を有する別の円筒型を準備し、準備した前記別の円筒型の外周面に複合材料を成形した後、準備した前記別の円筒型を抜き取ることで、前記複合材料円筒型を得る複合材料円筒型の準備ステップと、
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の円筒状複合材料の成形方法。
