Claims (8)
- 発電要素を含み扁平に形成した電池本体、および前記電池本体から導出した電極タブを備え、前記電池本体の厚み方向に積層した単電池と、
レーザ接合によって前記電極タブと電気的に接続するバスバと、
前記バスバおよび前記電極タブがレーザ接合される箇所において前記電極タブと共に前記レーザの照射方向に沿って積層構造を形成するプレート部と、を有し、
前記電極タブは、アノード側電極タブと、前記アノード側電極タブに対して厚みが異なるカソード側電極タブと、を有し、
前記プレート部は、前記アノード側電極タブおよび前記カソード側電極タブのうち厚みが小さいほうにのみ設けられる組電池。 - 前記カソード側電極タブは、前記アノード側電極タブよりも厚みが小さい請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記電極タブの先端部が折り返されることによって、前記電極タブと一体的に構成する請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記電極タブが前記バスバから離間する側に折り返されることによって、前記バスバから離間する側に形成する請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記電極タブが前記バスバに近づく側に折り返されることによって前記バスバに隣り合って形成する請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記電極タブとは別体として構成する請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記電極タブの前記バスバが設けられる側とは反対側に位置する請求項6に記載の組電池。
- 前記プレート部は、前記バスバと前記電極タブとの間に配置され、導電性部材によって構成される請求項6に記載の組電池。
