Description
上述したように、第1連結コマ53は、前方部分が凹形状、後方部分が凸形状に成形される。第1連結コマ53の先端には受け部535,537が形成され、後端には突出部536,538が形成される。前後の第1連結コマ53が直線状に配列されたとき、前方の第1連結コマ53の後端の突出部536,538が後方の第1連結コマ53の先端の受け部535,537に嵌め込まれる。これにより、前後の第1連結コマ53は、直線状に配列された状態から、それ以上外側への屈曲が制限される。第1連結コマ列51は内側に屈曲しながら収納され、また、内側に屈曲しながら射出部58に誘導される。すなわち、第1連結コマ列51が外側に屈曲できる必要がなく、第1連結コマ列51の外側への屈曲を制限することで、第1、第2連結コマ列51,52の接合による柱状体の剛性を向上することができる。なお、上述の効果は、第1連結コマ53がその前方部分が凸形状、後方部分が凹形状に成形されていても、つまり、第1連結コマ53の先端に突出部536,538が形成され、後端に受け部535,537が形成されていた場合でも、同様に得られる。
Claims (9)
- 屈曲可能に連結された平板形状の複数の第1連結コマと、
底面側において屈曲可能に連結された溝形状の複数の第2連結コマとを具備し、
先頭の前記第2連結コマは先頭の前記第1連結コマと結合され、
前記第1、第2連結コマは互いに接合されたとき直線的に硬直し、分離されたとき屈曲状態に復帰し、
前記第1連結コマは平板形状の本体部を有し、前記本体部の前方両側には一対の軸受け部が設けられ、前記本体部の後方中央には単一の軸受け部が設けられ、前記前方の一対の軸受け部と前記後方の軸受け部とは軸支され、
前記連結された第1連結コマが直線的に並んだ姿勢から表面側への屈曲を制限するために、前記前方の一対の軸受け部の間の前記本体部には受け部として窪みが形成され、前記後方中央の軸受け部の表面側には前記受け部に嵌め込まれる突起部が後方に張り出して設けられる、直動伸縮機構。 - 前記接合された第1、第2連結コマを前後移動自在に支持するために前記接合された第1、第2連結コマを挟圧する複数のローラを備えた射出部と、
前記射出部の後方に配設され、前記第1連結コマに係合して前記第1連結コマを前後に移動するためのドライブギアと、
前記第1連結コマを前記ドライブギアに押圧するためのガイドローラとをさらに備える、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。 - 前記第1連結コマの前記前後の軸受け部及び前記突起部はそれら表面が前記本体部の表面と単一の平坦面をなすよう形成される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 前記第1連結コマの前方の軸受け部の軸孔にシャフトが挿入され、前記シャフトの先端は前記後方の軸受け部内で締結される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 前記第1連結コマの前方の軸受け部の軸孔と前記後方の軸受け部の軸孔とが連通する幅方向に貫通する貫通孔にシャフトが挿入される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 前記第2連結コマの底板の前方両側には一対の軸受け部が設けられ、前記第2連結コマの底板の後方中央には単一の軸受け部が設けられ、前記前方の一対の軸受け部と前記後方の軸受け部とは軸支される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 前記第1連結コマは前記第2連結コマと同一長で構成され、前記第1連結コマの先端が前記第2連結コマの先端に対して1/2長変位するよう前記先頭の第1連結コマは前記先頭の第2連結コマに対して結合される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 前記第1連結コマの長さは前記第2連結コマの長さより短く、前記第1連結コマの先端が前記第2連結コマの先端に対して前記第1連結コマの長さの1/2長変位するよう前記先頭の第1連結コマは前記先頭の第2連結コマに対して結合される、請求項1記載の直動伸縮機構。
- 屈曲可能に連結された複数の第1連結コマと、
屈曲可能に連結された複数の第2連結コマと、を具備し、
先頭の前記第2連結コマは先頭の前記第1連結コマと結合され、
前記第1、第2連結コマは互いに接合されたとき直線的に硬直し、分離されたとき屈曲状態に復帰し、
前記第1連結コマは本体部を有し、前記本体部の前方には少なくとも一の第1軸受け部が設けられ、前記本体部の後方には少なくとも一の第2軸受け部が設けられ、前記前方の第1軸受け部と前記後方の第2軸受け部とは軸支され、
前記連結された第1連結コマが直線的に並んだ姿勢から表面側への屈曲を制限するために、前記後方の第2軸受け部の表面側には後方に張り出す突起部が設けられ、前記本体部には前記突起部を受ける受け部として窪みが形成される、直動伸縮機構。
