Claims (11)
- 二次電池の残容量と前記残容量に対応する出力密度との組により示される出力特性データが格納された記憶装置を有し、
前記出力特性データに応じて、前記二次電池から供給される電力により駆動される回転軸と内燃機関とを備えた移動体の動作を制御する制御装置であって、
前記二次電池の状態を検出する電池状態検出部と、
前記出力特性データと、前記二次電池の状態とに基づき、前記二次電池の残容量を推定する残容量推定部と、を有し、
前記出力特性データは、
前記出力密度における極値を含む組の残容量と、前記極値となる直前の出力密度及び直後の出力密度を含むそれぞれの組の残容量と、の差分のそれぞれが、隣接する他の組同士の残容量の差分よりも小さく、

前記出力特性選択部により選択された出力特性データを用いて前記二次電池の残容量を推定する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記二次電池は、劣化速度の異なる複数の活物質を含む電極を備え、定電流充電曲線において劣化速度の速い活物質の特性に依存する第1領域と、劣化速度の遅い活物質の特性に依存する第2領域と、前記第1領域及び前記第2領域よりも低電圧側の第3領域とを有し、
前記劣化判定部は、
前記第1領域、前記第2領域、及び前記第3領域のうち少なくとも1つの領域の特性値を算出し、前記特性値を、前記特性値に相当する初期の特性値と比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記二次電池が劣化しているか否かを判定する請求項5記載の制御装置。 - 前記特性値は、前記二次電池の容量である請求項6記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1領域の容量及び前記第2領域の容量を、前記二次電池の電圧と前記二次電池の容量を電圧で微分した微分量との関係を示す曲線の各領域に対応する半値全幅の値に基づいて算出する請求項7記載の制御装置。
- 前記特性値は、前記二次電池の容量を電圧で微分した微分量の極大値である、請求項6記載の制御装置。
- 前記極値は、第一の極小値と、前記第一の極小値よりも高い値の極大値と、及び前記第一の極小値よりも高く且つ前記極大値の値よりも低い値の第二の極小値と、を有し、
前記二次電池の残容量が、前記第一の極小値と対応する値より大きく、且つ前記第二の極小値と対応する値以下である所定の値になったときに、前記二次電池からの前記回転軸に対する前記電力の供給を開始する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記二次電池と、前記二次電池から供給される電力により動作するモータと、内燃機関と、請求項1乃至10何れか一項に記載の制御装置と、を有する移動体。
