Description
Claims (3)
- 駆動軸に連結されたロータと、
前記ロータに対して径方向に往復動自在に設けられる複数のベーンと、
前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ベーンの先端が摺動する内周面を有し、前記ロータに対して偏心可能に設けられるカムリングと、
前記カムリングを収容する収容部材と、
前記カムリングと前記収容部材との間に圧縮状態で介装され、前記カムリングを前記ロータに対する偏心量が大きくなる方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記収容部材を挟むようにそれぞれ前記収容部材の両側面に当接して設けられる第1及び第2ハウジングと、
前記付勢部材を収容する収容室と、を備え、
前記収容室における前記付勢部材を囲う内周壁は、前記収容部材の前記両側面に対向する第1ハウジングの第1内面及び前記第2ハウジングの第2内面と、互いに対向して前記収容部材に形成される第3内面及び第4内面と、を有し、
前記第1内面及び前記第2内面のそれぞれには、
前記付勢部材における前記収容部材に着座する端部を支持する支持部と、
前記支持部から前記付勢部材の付勢方向に延びて形成され前記支持部よりも前記付勢部材から離れて形成される逃げ部と、が設けられることを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記収容部材の前記第3内面及び前記第4内面のそれぞれにも、前記支持部及び前記逃げ部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
- 前記付勢部材は、コイルスプリングであり、
前記支持部は、前記コイルスプリングの付勢方向に沿った長さが、前記コイルスプリングの座巻の長さと同一に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
