Claims (5)
- 外輪及び内輪と、
前記外輪と前記内輪との間の軸受空間に配置される転動体と、
前記外輪又は前記内輪のうち静止側の軌道輪若しくはその静止側の軌道輪に固定された部材に取り付けられて前記軸受空間の側方開口を覆う円環状のシール部材と、
前記シール部材の下部に設けられる異物捕捉部と、
前記異物捕捉部に設けられ潤滑油に含まれる異物を検知するセンサ部と、
を備え、
前記シール部材は周方向に沿って分割された複数の分割シール部材が連結片によって接続されて円環状の連結体となっており、前記異物捕捉部は前記連結片に設けられる転がり軸受ユニット。 - 前記センサ部は、対の電極間への金属からなる異物の付着を電気的に検出する
請求項1に記載の転がり軸受ユニット。 - 前記異物捕捉部は、前記シール部材を挟んで前記軸受空間側とその反対側とを上下方向に貫通する異物排出口を備える
請求項2に記載の転がり軸受ユニット。 - 前記異物捕捉部は上向き凹状のポケットである
請求項3に記載の転がり軸受ユニット。 - 前記異物捕捉部の凹部は漏斗状であり、
前記異物排出口は漏斗状の凹部内に位置し、
前記対の電極は、前記凹部内に上下方向に沿ってその電極間隔の異なるものが複数組備えられる
請求項3又は4に記載の転がり軸受ユニット。
