Description
− 二相ステンレス鋼繊維を含む、またはからなる不織ウェブを含む、またはからなる未焼結金属体を製造するステップ。好ましくは、不織ウェブ中のステンレス繊維は、均一な化学組成を有する。二相ステンレス鋼繊維は、二相ステンレス鋼グレードのステンレス鋼繊維を意味する。二相ステンレス鋼繊維は、好ましくはスーパー二相鋼グレードであってよい。
− 窒素(N2)を含む焼結雰囲気中、1000℃と1300℃との間の焼結温度において焼結オーブン中で金属体を焼結させるステップ。好ましくは焼結温度は1000℃と1200℃との間に維持され、より好ましくは焼結温度は1150℃未満に維持される。焼結雰囲気の窒素分圧は10mbarと100mbarとの間であり、好ましくは30mbarを超え、より好ましくは50mbarを超え、好ましくは70mbar未満であり、より好ましくは50mbar未満である。
− 焼結後に焼結オーブン中で焼結金属体を冷却するステップであって、950℃と650℃との間の温度範囲の冷却が、1.5時間未満、好ましくは1時間未満、より好ましくは45分未満で行われるステップ。
Claims (13)
- 焼結金属体であって、
少なくとも一つの第1の不織ウェブと、少なくとも一つの第2の不織ウェブとを含み、これら第1及び第2の不織ウェブが、互いに積層され、また、共に焼結されて、単一の焼結金属体中に少なくとも2つの層を有する積層焼結金属繊維ウェブを形成しており、
第1の不織ウェブは第1のステンレス鋼繊維から形成され、第2の不織ウェブは第2のステンレス鋼繊維から形成され、第2のステンレス鋼繊維の平均相当直径は、第1のステンレス鋼繊維の平均相当直径よりも大きく、
第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維は、オーステナイトおよびフェライトの混合ミクロ組織を有するスーパー二相ステンレス鋼繊維であって、オーステナイトのパーセント値が、40体積パーセントと、60体積パーセントとの間であり、
前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維が、それらの接触点の少なくとも一部において焼結接合によって接合されている、焼結金属体。 - 第1のステンレス鋼繊維の平均相当直径が12μmであって、第2のステンレス鋼繊維の平均相当直径が22μmである、請求項1に記載の焼結金属体。
- 前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維中にσ相が存在しない、請求項1または2に記載の焼結金属体。
- 前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維の前記二相ミクロ組織中、オーステナイト結晶粒の平均結晶粒度が、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維の相当繊維直径の半分よりも小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体。
- 前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維が、それらの体積にわたって実質的に均一な重量パーセント値のクロムおよびモリブデンを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体。
- 二相ミクロ組織を有する前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維が窒化物を実質的に含まない、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体。
- 二相ミクロ組織を有する前記第1及び第2のステンレス鋼繊維が1.5μmと100μmとの間の相当直径を有する、請求項1及び3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体。
- 前記焼結金属体が、前記焼結金属体中に焼結した1つ以上の金属メッシュを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体の製造方法であって、
− 湿式ウェブ形成技術により、第1及び第2の不織ウェブを形成するステップと;
− 第1の不織ウェブと、第2の不織ウェブとを積層して未焼結金属体を製造するステップと;
− この未焼結金属体を、1000℃と1300℃との間の温度にて、窒素分圧が10mbarと100mbarとの間である焼結オーブン中で真空中にて加熱することで、焼結金属体を得るステップと;
− 焼結後に前記焼結オーブン中で前記焼結金属体を冷却するステップであって、950℃と650℃との間の温度範囲の冷却が1.5時間未満で行われるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記焼結温度から650℃までの冷却が1.5時間未満の時間で行われる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結温度から650℃までの冷却が窒素ガスを含む雰囲気中で行われる、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結温度からの焼結金属体の冷却の少なくとも一部が、前記焼結オーブン中に窒素ガスを導入することによって少なくとも部分的に実現される、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の焼結金属体を含む濾過膜。
