Claims (8)
- 層複合体の製造方法であって、
以下の方法工程
a)金属および/もしくは金属合金からなる少なくとも1つのレイヤー、および/または高融点金属と一緒に固溶体を形成する金属からなる少なくとも1つのレイヤーを準備する工程、
b)前記レイヤーを交互に積み重ねて、接触面の形成下に積層体にする工程、
c)前記積層体中の前記レイヤーを、酸化雰囲気を排除して、前記金属の溶融温度の0.4〜0.9倍の温度、ならびに前記接触面に対して直角に配向された圧力方向割合を有する圧力にて拡散溶接する工程、
d)前記圧力および/または前記温度を、前記拡散溶接の間にそれぞれ変化させる工程
を含む前記方法。 - 前記圧力が、流体によって導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱が、誘導および/または伝導で前記積層体に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が、前記接触面に対して周期的に変化する直角および/または平行に配向される圧力方向割合を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が、周期的に変動することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が、当該材料の層複合体において、降伏点を越える局所的なミクロ応力を生じさせることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記層複合体が、拡散段階および/または冷却段階の間に塑性変形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 層複合体であって、
a)高融点金属からなる少なくとも1つのレイヤーと、
b)前記高融点金属と一緒に固溶体を形成する金属からなる少なくとも1つのレイヤーとを含んでおり、
ここで、
c)前記レイヤーが、それぞれ交互に積み重ねられ、かつ
d)拡散プロセスにより、固溶体の形成下に素材結合により接合されている、前記層複合体。
