Claims (10)
- 以下の(i)〜(iii):
(i)添加不純物材料とタングステンとを含む不純物添加タングステンであって、前記添加不純物材料が最大100ppmの濃度で存在する不純物添加タングステン、
(ii)固溶強化材料とタングステンとを含む合金であって、前記固溶強化材料を最大40重量%含む合金、及び
(iii)タングステンと、固溶強化材料及び耐熱カーバイド材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料とを含むタングステン基耐熱材料であって、前記固溶強化材料が最大8重量%までの濃度で存在し、前記耐熱カーバイド材が0.25重量%〜2重量%までの範囲の濃度で存在するタングステン基耐熱材料
からなる群から選択されるタングステン基耐熱材料を含む溶接工具(102)を備えた摩擦撹拌接合用装置(100)。 - 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(i)不純物添加タングステンであり、前記添加不純物材料が10ppm〜80ppmの濃度で存在する、請求項1記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(i)不純物添加タングステンであり、前記添加不純物材料が、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム、酸化ランタン、酸化イットリウム、酸化セリウム及び酸化トリウムからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は請求項2記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(ii)固溶強化材料とタングステンとを含む合金であり、該合金が20〜30重量%の前記固溶強化材料を含む、請求項1記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(ii)固溶強化材料とタングステンとを含む合金であり、前記固溶強化材料が、レニウム、モリブデン、タンタル及びニオブのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は請求項4記載の装置(100)。
- 前記合金が25重量%のレニウムを含み、残余がタングステンである、請求項5記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(ii)固溶強化材料とタングステンとを含む合金であり、該合金が、a)焼結材、及び、b)焼結熱間等静圧圧縮成形材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1、請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(iii)タングステンと、固溶強化材料及び耐熱カーバイド材料からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの材料とを含むタングステン基耐熱材料であり、前記固溶強化材料が2重量%〜6重量%までの範囲の濃度で存在し、前記耐熱カーバイド材が0.25重量%〜1重量%までの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が(iii)タングステンと、固溶強化材料及び耐熱カーバイド材料からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの材料とを含むタングステン基耐熱材料であり、前記固溶強化材料が、レニウム、モリブデン、タンタル及びニオブのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は請求項8記載の装置(100)。
- 前記タングステン基耐熱材料が、4重量%のレニウムと、0.5重量%のハフニウム・カーバイドとを含み、残余がタングステンである、請求項9記載の装置(100)。
