Description
以下、図1〜図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る医療用長尺体1を説明する。図1、図2は、医療用長尺体1の各部の構成を示す図であり、図3は、医療用長尺体1が備えるチューブ体110と先端部材140の接合方法の一例を示す図である。各図面の寸法比率は、説明の都合上誇張されており、実際の比率とは異なる場合がある。
図4には、第1実施形態の変形例に係る医療用長尺体1を示している。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るバルーンカテーテル2を説明する。図5、図6は、バルーンカテーテル2の各部の構成を示す図である。
図7には、第2実施形態の変形例1に係るバルーンカテーテル2を示している。
図8には、第2実施形態の変形例2に係るバルーンカテーテル2を示している。

Claims (8)
- 内腔を有するカテーテル本体を備えた医療用長尺体であって、
前記カテーテル本体は、チューブ体と、前記チューブ体の先端側に配置され、かつ、前記チューブ体の材料よりも柔軟な材料で構成された先端部材と、を有しており、
前記チューブ体は、前記先端部材と接合部で接合されており、
前記チューブ体は、外層と、前記外層の周方向内側に配置された内層と、を有し、
前記内層を形成する材料は、前記外層を形成する材料よりも前記先端部材を形成する材料との融着性が高く、
前記内層は、前記接合部において、前記先端部材及び前記外層の間に介入しており、
前記接合部における前記内層は、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿った断面において、前記外層と前記先端部材との間に挟み込まれており、
前記内層の先端部は、前記チューブ体の径方向外方に向けて延びており、当該先端部が前記外層の先端面と前記先端部材の基端面の間に位置する、ことを特徴とする医療用長尺体。 - 前記内層は、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿って連続的に形成されており、かつ、前記外層を形成する材料よりも摺動抵抗が低い材料で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用長尺体。
- 前記内層の肉厚は、前記接合部よりも基端側では、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿った断面において、前記外層の肉厚よりも薄い、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用長尺体。
- 内腔を有する外管シャフトと、
前記外管シャフトの内腔に配置された内管シャフトと、
前記内管シャフトの先端部及び前記外管シャフトの先端部に接合されたバルーンと、を有しており、
前記内管シャフトは、チューブ体と、前記チューブ体の先端側に配置され、かつ、前記チューブ体の材料よりも柔軟な材料で構成された先端部材と、を有しており、
前記チューブ体は、前記先端部材と接合部で接合されており、
前記チューブ体は、外層と、前記外層の周方向内側に配置された内層と、を有し、
前記内層を形成する材料は、前記外層を形成する材料よりも前記先端部材を形成する材料との融着性が高く、
前記内層は、前記接合部において、前記先端部材及び前記外層の間に介入しており、
前記接合部における前記内層は、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿った断面において、前記外層と前記先端部材との間に挟み込まれており、
前記内層の先端部は、前記チューブ体の径方向外方に向けて延びており、当該先端部が前記外層の先端面と前記先端部材の基端面の間に位置する、ことを特徴とするバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記チューブ体の前記内層は、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂により形成されており、
前記先端部材は、ポリウレタン樹脂により形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記チューブ体の前記外層、前記外管シャフト、及び前記バルーンの各々は、ポリアミド樹脂により形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記内層は、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿って連続的に形成されており、かつ、前記外層を形成する材料よりも摺動抵抗が低い材料で形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 内腔を有するカテーテル本体を備えた医療用長尺体であって、
前記カテーテル本体は、チューブ体と、前記チューブ体の先端側に配置され、かつ、前記チューブ体の材料よりも柔軟な材料で構成された先端部材と、を有しており、
前記チューブ体は、前記先端部材と接合部で接合されており、
前記チューブ体は、外層と、前記外層の周方向内側に配置された内層と、を有し、
前記内層を形成する材料は、前記外層を形成する材料よりも前記先端部材を形成する材料との融着性が高く、
前記内層は、前記接合部において、前記先端部材及び前記外層の間に介入しており、
前記外層は、外表面と、前記内層側に配置される内表面と、を有し、
前記外層の前記内表面は、前記外層の先端部において、前記外層の前記外表面に向かって傾斜しており、
前記接合部における前記内層は、前記チューブ体の軸方向に沿った断面において、前記外層と前記先端部材との間に配置される、ことを特徴とする医療用長尺体。
