Claims (12)
- 配管等のような長円形物体を車両に振動遮断性取り付けするためのプラスチック製ホルダであって、
ボルト収容開口部(20)が設けられた基部部分(2)と、
前記基部部分(2)の上に一体的に形成され、前記長円形物体を収容するのに適し、中空の内面をもつ凹部及び基部部分(2)から離れる方向を向いた挿入開口部(30)を備えた、U字形状壁によって形成された保持区域(24、25、35、40)を有するリテーナ部分(3、4、5)と
を有し、
前記凹部内に突出する弾性保持フィンガ(29)が、前記挿入開口部(30)に設けられ、前記長円形物体を前記凹部内に保持することができ、
前記リテーナ部分(3、4、5)は、1又はそれ以上の可撓性壁要素(31、32、36、37、41、42)によって前記基部部分(2)に接続され、前記基部部分(2)に直接触れることなく前記基部部分(2)に固定されるように構成されており、
前記基部部分(2)は、その内部に開口部(15、16)が設けられ、前記挿入開口部(30)とは反対側にある前記U字形状壁の頂部領域(27)に隣接し、且つ、前記可撓性壁要素(31、32)の変形が生じたときに、その中に前記頂部領域(27)が移動することができるフレーム形状支持区域を有し、
前記フレーム形状支持区域は、前記保持区域(24、25、35、40)の前記U字形状壁の断面に対して平行に延びる2つの長手方向要素(10、11)と、これらを接続する横断方向要素(12、13)とをもつ矩形フレーム(9)を有し、
前記長手方向要素(10、11)及び前記横断方向要素(12、13)が、矩形形状の縁部で前記開口部(15、16)を定める
ことを特徴とするプラスチック製ホルダ。 - 前記開口部(15、16)の縁部は、前記縁部が前記基部部分(2)の方向における前記リテーナ部分(4)の移動を制限するように、前記U字形状壁の前記頂部領域(27)から間隔をおいて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホルダ。
- 前記長手方向要素(10、11)間の前記開口部(15、16)の幅は、前記保持区域(24、25)の前記U字形状壁の前記頂部領域(27)の対応する幅を上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のホルダ。
- 前記フレーム(9)の前記長手方向要素(10、11)及び/又は前記横断方向要素(12、13)には、補強リブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
- 前記リテーナ部分(4)は、各々が長円形物体を収容するためのU字形状断面をもつ壁によって形成された凹部をもった複数の保持区域(24、25)を有し、これら保持区域(24、25)は、その中央のU字形状断面が同じ平面内にあるように一列に配置され、前記基部部分(2)の前記フレーム形状支持区域は、前記複数の保持区域(24、25)の前記U字形状壁の前記頂部領域(27)に沿って延び、前記頂部領域(27)に隣接して位置する開口部(15、16)を有し、その中に前記頂部領域(27)が移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
- 隣接する保持区域(24、25)は、互いに接続され、それぞれの可撓性壁要素によって、両端の各々において前記基部部分に接続されたユニットを形成することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のホルダ。
- 隣接する保持区域は互いに間隔をおいて配置され、可撓性壁要素のみによって互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のホルダ。
- 前記基部部分(2)は、平坦な壁区域(21、22)によって両端部が延ばされ、前記平坦な壁区域(21、22)の端は、それぞれの可撓性壁要素(37、42)によってリテーナ部分(3、5)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
- 前記基部部分(2)が前記ボルト収容開口部(20)を含み、前記リテーナ部分(3、4、5)の方向に向いた前記基部部分(2)の側に位置し、且つ、可撓性壁要素(31、36)によって前記リテーナ部分(3、4)に接続されたスリーブ様構成部(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
- 前記スリーブ様構成部(19)は、可撓性壁要素(31、36)によって前記スリーブ様構成部(19)に接続された2つのリテーナ部分(3、4)の間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のホルダ。
- 前記リテーナ部分(3、4、5)から離れる方向を向いた側に、前記基部部分(2)は平坦な接触面(6)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
- 前記基部部分(2)は、そこから突出する弾性フィンガ(7)を有し、その自由端は、前記基部部分(2)の前記接触面(6)から間隔をおいて配置された平面内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれかに記載のホルダ。
