Description
(1)外方部材と、内方部材と、転動体とを備えるとともに、
潤滑剤組成物を内包したマイクロカプセルと潤滑油とを、両者の合計量に対してマイクロカプセル:潤滑油=50〜100:50〜0(質量%)の割合で含有する潤滑媒体で潤滑することを特徴とする転動装置。
(2)マイクロカプセル:潤滑油=50〜70:50〜30(質量%)であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の転動装置。
(3)冠型保持器を具備することを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の転動装置。
界面重合法法により、下記に示すマイクロカプセルを作製した。
・外郭材料:メラミン樹脂
・内包材料:PAO(48mm2/s@40℃)
・マイクロカプセル外径:平均粒径10μm
・マイクロカプセル全体に示す内包材料の割合:60質量%
内包材料として、PAO(396mm2/s@40℃)を用いた以外は実施例1と同様のマイクロカプセルを作製した。そして、このマイクロカプセルを実施例1と同様の深溝玉軸受に0.007g封入(軸受の空間容積に対して5.26%)し、試験軸受とした。
実施例1のマイクロカプセルと、PAO(48mm2/s@40℃)とを同量ずつ混合し、実施例1と同様の深溝玉軸受に封入して試験軸受とした。マイクロカプセルと潤滑油との封入合計量は0.04g(軸受の空間容積に対して26.7%)である。
実施例1のマイクロカプセルと、PAO(48mm2/s@40℃)とを、マイクロカプセル:PAO=70:30にて混合し、実施例1と同様の深溝玉軸受に封入して試験軸受とした。マイクロカプセルと潤滑油との封入合計量は0.026g(軸受の空間容積に対して18.0%)である。
実施例1と同種の深溝玉軸受を用い、PAO(48mm2/s@40℃)をオイルプレーティングして試験軸受とした。尚、塗布量を0.04g(軸受の空間容積に対して9.0%)とした。
下記条件にて試験軸受を回転させ、軸受トルクの経時変化を求めた。試験回数は3回であり、その平均値を算出した。
・内輪回転数:5000min−1
・Fa荷重:29.4N
・温度:常温
・測定時間:3600秒
下記条件にて、試験軸受がロックするまでの時間(耐久時間)を測定した。試験回数は6回であり、その平均値を算出した。
・内輪回転数:4000min−1
・Fa荷重:88.2N
・温度:140℃

Claims (4)
- 外方部材と、内方部材と、転動体とを備えるとともに、
潤滑剤組成物を内包したマイクロカプセルと潤滑油とを、両者の合計量に対してマイクロカプセル:潤滑油=70〜100:30〜0(質量%)の割合で含有し、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材との間における空間容積に対する封入量が、5.26〜18.0%である潤滑媒体で潤滑することを特徴とする転動装置。 - 前記マイクロカプセルに内包される潤滑剤組成物と前記潤滑油との合計量は、前記空間容積に対して、0.0075〜0.0334(g/cm 3 )であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転動装置。
- 前記潤滑媒体は、前記マイクロカプセル:前記潤滑油=70:30(質量%)の割合で含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の転動装置。
- 冠型保持器を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転動装置。
