Description
・合成油1(エステル油):HATCO社製、H2372(40℃における動粘度120mm2/s)
・鉱油1:出光興産社製、ダフニータービンオイル100(40℃における動粘度98.6mm2/s)
・鉱油2:出光興産社製、ダフニーイタニティーオイルD グレード220(40℃における動粘度227.3mm2/s)
・合成油2:EMGルブリカンツ社製、Mobil SHC627(40℃における動粘度100mm2/s)
・合成油3:EMGルブリカンツ社製、Mobil SHC630(40℃における動粘度220mm2/s)
JIS K2220に準拠して混和ちょう度を測定した。
図4に示すパラレルプレート型のレオメータ41を用いて、グリースの動的粘弾性測定を行った。図4に示すように、試験用グリース44をφ25mmの下部プレート43に載せ、φ25mmの上部プレート42で上下から挟んだ。プレート間のギャップは0.1mmとした。上部プレート42を回転させることで、試験用グリース44に振動による周期的なひずみを印加し、応答としてのせん断応力の波形とそれらの位相差から、貯蔵弾性率を測定した。測定は、温度25℃、ひずみ量100%(揺動角4.6°)の条件下で、周波数を0.1Hzから30Hzまで変化させて行った。測定結果より、図2のような貯蔵弾性率と周波数の関係図を得て、貯蔵弾性率が極小となる周波数を粘性移行周波数として求めた。
各試験用グリースを4T-30204の円すいころ軸受に封入して、試験用軸受をそれぞれ作製した。得られた各試験用軸受を、温度120℃、アキシアル荷重640N、ラジアル荷重67Nの条件(負荷条件A)で、5000min-1の回転速度で回転させて、焼き付きに至るまでの時間を測定した。この負荷条件Aにおける軌道輪の最大接触面圧は0.5GPaであり、内輪の大鍔での面圧は0.07GPaであった。グリース寿命時間は800時間以上を合格とした。試験結果を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 車両の車輪を回転支持するテーパハブユニットとして用いられ、外周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道面と前記外輪の軌道面との間を転動する複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころの周囲に充填されたグリース組成物とを備え、前記内輪および前記外輪のいずれか一方は鍔部を有し、該鍔部において前記円すいころとすべり接触する円すいころ軸受であって、
前記円すいころ軸受は、高負荷条件で使用され、前記高負荷条件は、前記内輪および前記外輪における最大接触面圧が0.5GPa以上であり、かつ、前記鍔部の面圧が0.1GPa以上であり、
前記グリース組成物は、基油と、増ちょう剤と、添加剤とを含み、周波数に依存して変化する前記グリース組成物の貯蔵弾性率が極小となる周波数が7Hz以上であり、
前記増ちょう剤がジウレア化合物であり、前記添加剤が、分子構造内にリンを含む極圧剤を含有し、前記極圧剤が、前記グリース組成物全体に対してリン量換算で0.05質量%~0.3質量%含まれることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記増ちょう剤が脂肪族ジウレア化合物および脂環式ジウレア化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記添加剤が、さらに、バリウム系添加剤を含有し、前記グリース組成物全体に対してバリウム量換算で0.05質量%~0.3質量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円すいころ軸受は、高温条件、かつ、前記高負荷条件で使用され、
前記高温条件は80℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載の円すいころ軸受。
