Description
図1乃至図5には、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るマルチウェル形器具1が示されており、先ず、これらの図面を用いてマルチウェル形器具1の構成を説明する。
第1の実施形態では、2行8列にウェルが配列され、同じ列で隣接する2つのウェルの境界部にフィルターを設けた器具を説明した。しかし、3つ以上の異なる細胞の間の相互作用を検査する場合や、列毎に変化させる条件が8より多い場合や、逆に8より少なくて済む場合なども考えられる。
第2の実施形態では、フィルター6の配置が予め定められた器具を提供していた。
上記実施形態では、フィルター6が境界部4の内部に配置された例を示したが、隣接するウェルの間にフィルターのみを配置する態様或いはフィルター及びその枠を配置する態様も本発明の範囲内にある。すなわち、境界部4の少なくとも一部がフィルター6のみ、或いはフィルター6及びその枠のみ、という形態もあり得る。さらには、ウェルとして、上述のようにボディ2に形成されたウェル以外の形態もあり得る。
