Abstract
Description
図1乃至図5には、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るマルチウェル形器具1が示されており、先ず、これらの図面を用いてマルチウェル形器具1の構成を説明する。
第1の実施形態では、2行8列にウェルが配列され、同じ列で隣接する2つのウェルの境界部にフィルターを設けた器具を説明した。しかし、3つ以上の異なる細胞の間の相互作用を検査する場合や、列毎に変化させる条件が8より多い場合や、逆に8より少なくて済む場合なども考えられる。
第2の実施形態では、フィルター6の配置が予め定められた器具を提供していた。
上記実施形態では、フィルター6が境界部4の内部に配置された例を示したが、隣接するウェルの間にフィルターのみを配置する態様或いはフィルター及びその枠を配置する態様も本発明の範囲内にある。すなわち、境界部4の少なくとも一部がフィルター6のみ、或いはフィルター6及びその枠のみ、という形態もあり得る。さらには、ウェルとして、上述のようにボディ2に形成されたウェル以外の形態もあり得る。

- マルチウェル形器具であって、
複数のウェルと、
前記複数のウェルのうち少なくとも1つのウェルと該ウェルと隣接するウェルとの間に配置されたフィルターと、
を備える、マルチウェル形器具。 - 前記フィルターは、所定の物質を透過させないフィルターである、請求項1に記載のマルチウェル形器具。

- 一体に形成されたボディを備え、

- 前記培養皿は複数備えられており、前記ボディは、複数の前記培養皿が配列される容器を更に備えている、請求項16又は17に記載のマルチウェル形器具。
- 請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載のマルチウェル形器具を用いて生物材料のスクリーニングを行う方法。
- 請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載のマルチウェル形器具を用いて生物材料から分泌された物質のスクリーニングを行う方法。
- 請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載のマルチウェル形器具において、隣接する2つのウェルのうち一方に生物材料を配置し、
前記2つのウェルの間に前記生物材料から分泌された第1の物質を透過させるフィルターを配置し、
前記2つのウェルのうち他方に前記第1の物質と化学的に結合する第2の物質を配置する、各工程を備える方法。 - 前記隣接する2つのウェルを一組として、該組を複数配列した請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載のマルチウェル形器具を用い、スクリーニングを行う、請求項21に記載の方法。
