Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る作業車両1を示す側面図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る作業車両1を+X方向から見た図である。本実施形態おいて、作業車両1は、鉱山の採掘現場において荷物を積んで走行するダンプトラックである。ダンプトラックは、遠隔操作により無人走行するオフロードダンプトラックである。ダンプトラックに運転室は設けられない。ダンプトラックは、管制施設と通信可能な通信装置を備える。管制施設は、ダンプトラックに指令信号を送信してダンプトラックを遠隔操作する。以下の説明においては、作業車両1をダンプトラック1と称する。
図3は、本実施形態に係る走行装置40の一例を示す断面図である。図1、図2、及び図3に示すように、走行装置40は、電動モータ43と、電動モータ43の出力シャフト43Aと接続されるドライブシャフト18及びドライブシャフト18と接続される減速機14を含む動力伝達機構45とを有する。減速機14の少なくとも一部がホイール11に接続される。ドライブシャフト18及び減速機14を含む動力伝達機構45は、電動モータ43が発生する動力をホイール11に伝達する。
図4は、本実施形態に係る電動モータ43の冷却構造の一例を示す断面図である。図4に示すように、電動モータ43は、ロアクロスメンバ201の車幅方向両側に配置される。ロアクロスメンバ201の車幅方向両側には開口部209が設けられる。電動モータ43の少なくとも一部は、開口部209に配置される。電動モータ43のモータハウジング43Hと車体フレーム20のロアクロスメンバ201とが固定される。
図5は、本実施形態に係るパーキングブレーキ装置100の一例を示す平面図である。図6は、本実施形態に係るパーキングブレーキ装置100の一例を示す断面図である。図7は、本実施形態に係るパーキングブレーキ装置100の一部を示す分解斜視図である。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、パーキングブレーキ装置100は、車体フレーム20に支持されドライブシャフト18を回転可能に支持する支持部材81に支持される。これにより、パーキングブレーキ装置100は、車体フレーム20とホイール11との間に設けられることとなる。作業者は、車体フレーム20とホイール11との間の空間に容易にアクセスできる。したがって、車体フレーム20とホイール11との間にパーキングブレーキ装置100が設けられることにより、作業者は、パーキングブレーキ装置100に容易にアクセスできるので、そのパーキングブレーキ装置100のメンテナンスを容易に実施することができる。

Claims (3)
- 車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームに支持される電動モータと、
前記電動モータの出力シャフトと接続されるドライブシャフトを含み前記電動モータが発生する動力をタイヤが装着されるホイールに伝達する動力伝達機構と、
前記車体フレームに支持され前記ドライブシャフトを回転可能に支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の外側に設けられ前記ドライブシャフトの回転を制限するパーキングブレーキ装置と、
を備える作業車両。 - 前記ホイールの内側に配置され前記動力伝達機構の少なくとも一部を収容するドライブケースと、
前記車体フレームと前記ホイールとが離れるように前記車体フレームと前記ドライブケースとを連結するリンク機構と、
を備え、
前記パーキングブレーキ装置は、前記車体フレームと前記ホイールとの間に配置される、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記支持部材は、前記ドライブシャフトを回転可能に支持するベアリングを収容するベアリングケースを含み、前記電動モータのモータハウジングを介して前記車体フレームに支持される、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の作業車両。
