Claims (4)
- デュアル燃料エンジンにおける第1の燃料の噴射を制御するための方法であって、
第1の燃料噴射器(128)を介して、前記デュアル燃料エンジンのシリンダ(106)に前記第1の燃料を噴射するステップ(204)と、
前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に配置された、または前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に近接して配置されたノックセンサ(154)により、前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の開始および前記噴射の終了の少なくとも一方を示す電気信号を生成するステップ(206)と、
前記電気信号に基づいて、前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の前記開始および前記噴射の前記終了の少なくとも一方に対応するクランク角を決定するステップ(210)と、
前記電気信号および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)と関係する1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータに基づいて噴射される前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の質量および前記開始の少なくとも一方を調整するステップ(220)と、を含み、
前記クランク角に基づいて、トリガ信号の前記開始と噴射の前記開始との間の遅延を決定するステップ(216)をさらに含んでなる
ことを特徴とするデュアル燃料エンジンにおける第1の燃料の噴射を制御するための方法。 - 前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)の部品試験およびエンジン試験手続の少なくとも一方の間に、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータまたは前記ノックセンサ(154)の信号特性の少なくとも1つを決定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記クランク角、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータ、または前記第1の燃料の1つもしくは複数の動作パラメータの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)によって噴射される前記第1の燃料の噴射された質量を決定するステップ(214)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の補正係数を決定するステップ(218)であって、前記1つまたは複数の補正係数は、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータ、前記1つもしくは複数の動作パラメータ、およびトリガ信号の前記開始と噴射の前記開始との間の前記遅延のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて決定される、ステップと、
前記1つまたは複数の補正係数に基づいて、圧力、トリガ信号の持続時間、および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に印加される前記トリガ信号の開始のうちの少なくとも1つを修正するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
