1つまたは複数の較正パラメータは、前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)の1つまたは複数の噴射特性と、前記第1の燃料の前記1つまたは複数の動作パラメータに関する前記センサ(154)の信号特性と、に関連する情報を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム(101)。 - 前記1つまたは複数の噴射特性は、指定された条件に対する前記噴射された質量、前記指定された条件に対する噴射速度、前記指定された条件におけるトリガ信号の所与の開始のための前記噴射の前記開始、前記トリガ信号の前記開始および前記トリガ信号の持続時間に依存する前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)によって噴射される前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の前記終了、前記トリガ信号の前記持続時間に依存する噴射持続時間、前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に印加される前記トリガ信号の開始時刻と前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の前記開始との間の遅延、またはこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム(101)。
- 前記コントローラ(102)は、
前記第1の燃料の前記質量を調整する前記1つまたは複数の補正係数の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に印加される前記トリガ信号の前記持続時間であって、前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)によって噴射される前記第1の燃料の前記質量が前記トリガ信号の前記持続時間に依存する、前記持続時間と、
前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の前記開始を調整する前記1つまたは複数の補正係数の少なくとも1つに基づく前記トリガ信号の前記開始時刻と、
前記第1の燃料の前記質量を調整する前記1つまたは複数の補正係数の少なくとも1つに基づく前記第1の燃料の圧力と、の少なくとも1つを修正するようにさらに構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム(101)。 - 前記コントローラ(102)は、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータおよび前記1つもしくは複数の動作パラメータの値に基づいて、1つもしくは複数のルックアップテーブル、1つもしくは複数のモデル、または1つもしくは複数の伝達関数のうちの少なくとも1つによりさらに構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム(101)。
- シリンダ(106)と、
前記シリンダ(106)のシリンダヘッドに装着され、前記シリンダ(106)に第1の燃料を噴射するように構成された第1の燃料噴射器(128)と、
前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に配置され、または前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に近接して配置され、前記第1の燃料の噴射の開始および噴射の終了の少なくとも一方を示す電気信号を生成するように構成されたノックセンサと、
前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)および前記ノックセンサに結合されたコントローラ(102)と、を含み、
前記コントローラ(102)は、前記電気信号および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)と関係する1つもしくは複数の所定の特性に基づいて前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)によって噴射される、前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の質量および前記開始の少なくとも一方を調整するように構成される、デュアル燃料エンジン。 - 前記電気信号はまた、ノック事象を示す、請求項14に記載のデュアル燃料エンジン。
- 前記シリンダ(106)に第2の燃料を噴射する第2の燃料噴射器(133)、吸気口(136)、吸気口マニホールド、共通マニホールド、ターボ過給機(140)の高圧側、または前記ターボ過給機(140)の低圧側をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のデュアル燃料エンジン。
- デュアル燃料エンジンにおける第1の燃料の噴射を制御するための方法であって、
第1の燃料噴射器(128)を介して、前記デュアル燃料エンジンのシリンダ(106)に前記第1の燃料を噴射するステップ(204)と、
前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に配置された、または前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に近接して配置されたセンサ(154)により、前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の開始および前記噴射の終了の少なくとも一方を示す電気信号を生成するステップ(206)と、
前記電気信号および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)と関係する1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータに基づいて噴射される前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の質量および前記開始の少なくとも一方を調整するステップ(220)と、を含む方法。 - 前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)の部品試験およびエンジン試験手続の少なくとも一方の間に、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータまたは前記センサ(154)の信号特性の少なくとも1つを決定するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記電気信号に基づいて、前記第1の燃料の前記噴射の前記開始および前記噴射の前記終了の少なくとも一方に対応するクランク角を決定するステップ(210)をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記クランク角に基づいて、トリガ信号の前記開始と噴射の前記開始との間の遅延を決定するステップ(216)をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記クランク角、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータ、または前記第1の燃料の1つもしくは複数の動作パラメータの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)によって噴射される前記第1の燃料の噴射された質量を決定するステップ(214)をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の補正係数を決定するステップ(218)であって、前記1つまたは複数の補正係数は、前記1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータ、前記1つもしくは複数の動作パラメータ、およびトリガ信号の前記開始と噴射の前記開始との間の前記遅延のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて決定される、ステップと、
前記1つまたは複数の補正係数に基づいて、圧力、トリガ信号の持続時間、および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)に印加される前記トリガ信号の開始のうちの少なくとも1つを修正するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。 - 非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、
燃料噴射器(128)を介してエンジン(100)のシリンダ(106)に燃料の噴射を可能にするステップ(204)と、
前記燃料噴射器(128)に配置された、または前記燃料噴射器(128)に近接して配置されたセンサ(154)から、前記燃料の前記噴射の開始および前記噴射の終了の少なくとも一方を示す電気信号を受け取るステップ(208)と、
前記電気信号および前記第1の燃料噴射器(128)と関係する1つもしくは複数の較正パラメータに基づいて噴射される前記燃料の前記噴射の質量および前記開始の少なくとも一方を調整するステップ(220)と、の方法を実施する実行可能コードを記憶する、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
