Claims (5)
- 複数の電池セルを備えた電池モジュール毎に設け、前記電池セルの電池状態検出用の電池状態検出センサから引き出された電線を配索し且つ保持する主保護具と、
並列配置された隣り合う2つの前記電池モジュールの隣接位置に配置し、前記隣接位置まで配索されてきた前記電線を前記電池モジュールの外方で配索し且つ保持すると共に、前記電線の端末のコネクタの嵌合対象となる相手方コネクタを保持する副保護具と、
前記隣接位置に配置し、前記隣接位置まで別経路で配索されてきたそれぞれの前記電線毎に、前記電線の前記相手方コネクタまでの経路を規制する経路規制体と、
を備え、
前記経路規制体は、隣り合う2つの前記電池モジュールの配列方向で互いに間隔を空けて対向配置された複数の板状の壁部を有することを特徴とした保護装置。 - 前記経路規制体は、前記隣接位置まで別経路で配索されてきたそれぞれの前記電線を各々の端末の前記コネクタの嵌合対象となる前記相手方コネクタに向けてそれぞれ案内すると共に、2つの前記コネクタが自らの嵌合対象とは逆の前記相手方コネクタに嵌合できないようそれぞれの前記電線の経路を規制するように形成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の保護装置。
- 前記経路規制体は、前記配列方向で隣り合う2つの前記壁部の間に周辺部品の壁体がそれぞれの前記壁部に対して前記配列方向で互いに間隔を空けて対向配置されるように、前記配列方向で隣り合う2つの前記壁部の間の前記間隔を形成することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の保護装置。
- 前記電池セルの第1電池状態検出用の第1電池状態検出センサから引き出された第1電線を配索し且つ保持する第1主保護具と、前記電池セルの第2電池状態検出用の第2電池状態検出センサから引き出された第2電線を前記電池モジュールの内方で配索し且つ保持する第2主保護具と、を前記主保護具として備え、
前記副保護具は、前記隣接位置で前記電池モジュールから外方に引き出された前記電線としての前記第2電線を前記コネクタと共に前記相手方コネクタまで案内するように成形することを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の保護装置。 - 隣り合う2つの前記第1主保護具が有する被保持体同士を連結させる連結部材を前記隣接位置に備え、
前記経路規制体は、前記連結部材に設けることを特徴とした請求項4に記載の保護装置。
