Abstract
【解決手段】直列接続される複数の電池3の隣接する電池間の正極7と負極9との間をそれぞれ接続する複数の導体13を前記電池の配列に合わせて保持する樹脂製のプレート17と、このプレートと一体形成され、導体13とそれぞれ接続される複数の電圧検出線を収容して電池の配列方向に配索する電線配索路21と、複数の電池からなる電池集合体の総正極及び総負極とそれぞれ接続されるパワーケーブルの接続端子を収容する端子収容部57とを備え、端子収容部57は、接続端子を電圧検出線の配索方向と交差する方向に収容するとともに、電圧検出線との間に電線配索路の底板37が設けられること。

Claims (4)
- 直列接続される複数の電池の隣接する電池間の正極と負極との間をそれぞれ接続する複数の導体を前記電池の配列に合わせて保持する樹脂製のプレートと、
前記プレートと一体形成され、前記導体とそれぞれ接続される複数の電圧検出線を収容して前記電池の配列方向に配索する電線配索路と、
前記複数の電池からなる電池集合体の総正極及び総負極とそれぞれ接続されるパワーケーブルの接続端子を収容する端子収容部とを備えるバスバモジュールであって、
前記端子収容部は、前記接続端子を前記電圧検出線の配索方向と交差する方向に収容するとともに、前記電圧検出線との間に前記電線配索路の底板が設けられることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 前記プレートは、前記端子収容部の外側に設けられ、前記接続端子を前記端子収容部に案内する案内面を有してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバモジュール。
- 前記案内面には、該案内面と対向する方向に折り返し可能に形成されるカバー部材が一体形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバスバモジュール。
- 前記プレートは、前記端子収容部の前記接続端子が挿入される挿入口の周縁から突設され、前記挿入口に挿入される前記接続端子に乗り上げて弾性変形する弾性係止片が設けられ、
前記弾性係止片は、前記接続端子が前記端子収容部に対して正規の位置まで挿入されると、該弾性係止片の係止突起が前記接続端子と係合されて弾性復帰することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバスバモジュール。
