Claims (3)
- 直列接続される複数の電池の隣接する電池間の正極と負極との間をそれぞれ接続する複数のバスバの保持部と、前記バスバとそれぞれ接続される複数の電圧検出線を配索する電線配索路と、前記複数の電池の総正極と総負極がそれぞれ挿入される孔とが形成された樹脂製のプレートを有し、前記総正極又は前記総負極に接続するパワーケーブルの接続端子が設けられたバスバモジュールであって、
前記接続端子は、一端に前記パワーケーブルが接続される接続部と、他端に前記総正極又は総負極に接続される接続孔とを有し、前記接続部と前記接続孔は前記電線配索路の互いに反対側に位置させて配置され、
前記接続端子の接続孔を前記孔の位置に摺動案内する端子支持部が前記電線配索路に支持して設けられ、
前記端子支持部は、前記接続端子の一方の面と対向する第1案内部材と、他方の面と対向する第2案内部材とを有し、前記第1案内部材は、前記電線配索路の底板よりも下方に位置させて、かつ前記電線配索路の底板と前記接続端子に対向する面との間隔が前記接続端子の厚みよりも大きく形成されてなることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 前記第1案内部材と前記第2案内部材のいずれか一方には、前記接続端子が挿入される挿入口の周縁から挿入方向と反対の方向に突出する弾性係止片が設けられ、
前記弾性係止片は、前記第1案内部材と前記第2案内部材の間に摺動案内される前記接続端子に乗り上げて弾性変形し、前記接続端子が正規の位置まで挿入されたときに前記弾性係止片が弾性復帰して前記接続端子に係合する係止突起を有してなる請求項1に記載のバスバモジュール。 - 前記端子支持部は、前記接続端子が挿入される挿入口の周縁から突設され、前記挿入口に挿入される前記接続端子に乗り上げて弾性変形する弾性係止片が設けられ、
前記弾性係止片は、前記接続端子が正規の位置まで挿入されると、該弾性係止片の係止突起が前記接続端子と係合されて弾性復帰することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバモジュール。
