Claims (16)
- 複数のタッチ電極と、前記複数のタッチ電極の全体または一部と電気的に連結される複数のタッチラインが配置されたタッチパネルと、
前記タッチパネルを駆動してタッチ有無またはタッチ位置をセンシングするタッチ回路とを含み、
前記タッチパネルは、
表示装置の表示パネルのアクティブ領域に対応して設けられた第1領域と、
前記表示装置の前記表示パネルのノン−アクティブ領域に対応して設けられた第2領域と、
前記タッチパネルの前記第1領域に設けられた前記複数のタッチ電極であって、前記複数のタッチ電極の周辺領域が、前記タッチパネルの前記第2領域の中へ延びる拡張部分を有する少なくとも一つの最外郭タッチ電極を備える、前記複数のタッチ電極と、
カソードと、
前記カソード上に配置された封止層と、
前記封止層上に配置された絶縁層と、
前記第2領域にある容量補償パターンであって、前記複数のタッチ電極の前記少なくとも一つの最外郭タッチ電極の前記拡張部分と部分的に重畳し、前記封止層と前記絶縁層の間に配置された、容量補償パターンと、
を更に含む、タッチ表示装置。 - 前記複数のタッチラインは、前記複数のタッチ電極が配置されるタッチ電極領域の外郭に存在し、
前記複数のタッチラインのうちの少なくとも1つは異なる長さを有する、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記容量補償パターンは、
第1最外郭タッチ電極の一部領域及び第2最外郭タッチ電極の一部領域と重畳し、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズと、前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズは互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と電気的に連結された第1タッチラインの長さが前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と電気的に連結された第2タッチラインの長さより長く、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズは前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズより小さい、請求項3に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記第1最外郭タッチ電極で前記容量補償パターンと重畳する領域のサイズは、
前記第2最外郭タッチ電極で前記容量補償パターンと重畳する領域のサイズより小さい、請求項4に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記容量補償パターンで、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と重畳する部分の幅は前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と重畳する部分の幅より小さい、請求項4に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記容量補償パターンで、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と重畳する部分と、前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と重畳する部分は、一体化または分離されている、請求項6に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記容量補償パターンはグラウンド電圧が印加されるか、または前記タッチ電極に印加される電圧と異なるレベルの電圧が印加される、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記タッチパネルは表示パネルに内蔵され、
前記タッチパネルが内蔵された表示パネルは、カソードと、前記カソード上に位置した封止層と、前記封止層上に位置する絶縁層とを含み、
前記複数のタッチ電極及び前記複数のタッチラインを含むタッチセンサーメタルが前記絶縁層上に位置し、
前記容量補償パターンは前記封止層と前記絶縁層との間に位置する、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記タッチパネルは映像が表示されるアクティブ領域と、前記アクティブ領域の外側領域であるノン−アクティブ領域を含む表示パネルに内蔵または外付けされ、
前記容量補償パターンは前記ノン−アクティブ領域に対応して位置し、
前記1つ以上の最外郭タッチ電極において、
前記容量補償パターンと重畳しない部分は前記アクティブ領域に対応して位置し、前記容量補償パターンと重畳する部分は前記ノン−アクティブ領域に対応して位置する、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記複数のタッチ電極の各々は網タイプにパターニングされて孔が存在する電極メタルであり、
前記孔の各々は1つ以上のサブピクセルの発光部と対応する、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記複数のタッチ電極の全体または一部の領域内には電極メタルと切れた1つ以上のダミーメタルが存在する、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 表示装置の表示パネルのアクティブ領域に対応して設けられた第1領域と、
前記表示装置の前記表示パネルのノン−アクティブ領域に対応して設けられた第2領域と、
前記第1領域に設けられた複数のタッチ電極であって、前記複数のタッチ電極の周辺領域が、前記第2領域の中へ延びる拡張部分を有する少なくとも一つの最外郭タッチ電極を備える、複数のタッチ電極と、
少なくとも一つの最外郭タッチ電極を備える前記複数のタッチ電極の全体または一部と電気的に連結された複数のタッチラインと、
カソードと、
前記カソード上に配置された封止層と、
前記封止層上に配置された絶縁層と、
前記第2領域にある容量補償パターンであって、前記複数のタッチ電極の前記少なくとも一つの最外郭タッチ電極の前記拡張部分と部分的に重畳し、前記封止層と前記絶縁層の間に配置された、容量補償パターンと、
を含む、タッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは映像が表示されるアクティブ領域と、前記アクティブ領域の外側領域であるノン−アクティブ領域を含む表示パネルに内蔵または外付けされ、
前記容量補償パターンは前記ノン−アクティブ領域に対応して位置し、
前記1つ以上の最外郭タッチ電極において、
前記容量補償パターンと重畳しない部分は前記アクティブ領域に対応して位置し、
前記容量補償パターンと重畳する部分は前記ノン−アクティブ領域に対応して位置する、請求項13に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記容量補償パターンは、
第1最外郭タッチ電極の一部領域及び第2最外郭タッチ電極の一部領域と重畳し、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズと、前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズは互いに異なる、請求項13に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と電気的に連結された第1タッチラインの長さが前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と電気的に連結された第2タッチラインの長さより長く、
前記第1最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズは、前記第2最外郭タッチ電極と前記容量補償パターンとの間の重畳領域のサイズより小さい、請求項15に記載のタッチパネル。
