図3は、第1実施形態の微粉燃料供給装置が適用された石炭ガス化複合発電設備の概略構成図である。
給炭装置12で製造された微粉炭は、後述する空気分離装置42から供給される搬送用イナートガスとしての窒素によって石炭ガス化装置13へ向けて供給される。イナートガスとは、酸素含有率が約5体積%以下の不活性ガスであり、窒素ガスや二酸化炭素ガスやアルゴンガスなどが代表例であるが、必ずしも約5%以下に制限されるものではない。
図4は、第2実施形態の微粉燃料供給装置における微粉炭供給ホッパへの窒素ガス供給系統を表す概略構成図である。なお、上述した第1実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
予め設定された下限値とは、例えば微粉炭の蓄積した上面が本体部33aとコーン部33bの境界を設定しておいてもよい。微粉炭の位置は微粉炭供給ホッパ33にγ線などを用いた微粉炭のレベル計を設けておくことで、微粉炭の蓄積した上面の位置を確認することができる。

Claims (7)
- 中空形状をなし、内部に微粉燃料を貯留するホッパと、
前記ホッパに設けられる複数の第1ノズルと、
前記ホッパにおける前記複数の第1ノズルより鉛直方向の下方で且つ前記ホッパの下端部より上方に設けられる複数の第2ノズルと、
前記ホッパの内部圧力を上昇する加圧用ガスを供給する加圧用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの前記微粉燃料を流動化する流動化用ガスを供給する流動化用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの鉛直方向の下部に設けられる微粉燃料供給ラインと、
を備え、
前記加圧用ガス供給装置は、前記複数の第1ノズル及び前記複数の第2ノズルに加圧用ガスを供給し、
前記流動化用ガス供給装置は、前記複数の第2ノズルに流動化用ガスを供給する、
ことを特徴とする微粉燃料供給装置。 - 前記流動化用ガス供給装置が供給するガス流量は、前記加圧用ガス供給装置が供給するガス流量より少量であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微粉燃料供給装置。
- 前記ホッパは、円筒形状をなして上端部が閉塞される本体部と、前記本体部の鉛直方向の下方に連結されて鉛直方向の下方に向かって先細となるコーン部と、前記コーン部の鉛直方向の下方に連結されて下端部が閉塞されるチャンバ部とを備え、前記複数の第1ノズルは、前記コーン部における鉛直方向の上部に周方向に所定間隔を空けて配置され、前記複数の第2ノズルは、前記コーン部における前記複数の第1ノズルよりも鉛直方向の下部に周方向に所定間隔を空けて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の微粉燃料供給装置。
- 中空形状をなし、内部に微粉燃料を貯留するホッパと、
前記ホッパに設けられる複数の第1ノズルと、
前記ホッパにおける前記複数の第1ノズルより鉛直方向の下方に設けられる複数の第2ノズルと、
前記ホッパの内部圧力を上昇する加圧用ガスを供給する加圧用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの前記微粉燃料を流動化する流動化用ガスを供給する流動化用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの鉛直方向の下部に設けられる微粉燃料供給ラインと、
を備え、
前記加圧用ガス供給装置は、
前記複数の第1ノズル及び前記複数の第2ノズルに加圧用ガスを供給し、
前記流動化用ガス供給装置は、前記複数の第1ノズル及び前記複数の第2ノズルに流動化用ガスを供給し、
前記ホッパ内の微粉燃料の搬送時に前記ホッパ内の微粉燃料が予め設定された下限値より減少すると前記流動化用ガス供給装置により前記複数の第1ノズルからの流動化ガスの噴出を停止する制御装置と、
を設けることを特徴とする微粉燃料供給装置。 - 前記流動化用ガス供給装置は、流動化用ガス供給ラインと、前記流動化用ガス供給ラインから分岐して前記複数の第1ノズルに接続される第1流動化用ガス供給ラインと、前記第1流動化用ガス供給ラインに設けられる第1開閉弁と、前記流動化用ガス供給ラインから分岐して前記複数の第2ノズルに接続される第2流動化用ガス供給ラインと、前記第2流動化用ガス供給ラインに設けられる第2開閉弁とを備え、前記制御装置は、前記ホッパ内の微粉燃料が前記下限値以上であるとき、前記第1開閉弁と前記第2開閉弁を開放し、前記ホッパ内の微粉燃料が前記下限値より減少すると、前記第1開閉弁を閉止することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の微粉燃料供給装置。
- 中空形状をなし、内部に微粉燃料を貯留するホッパと、
前記ホッパに設けられる複数の第1ノズルと、
前記ホッパにおける前記複数の第1ノズルより鉛直方向の下方で且つ前記ホッパの下端部より上方に設けられる複数の第2ノズルと、
前記ホッパの内部圧力を上昇する加圧用ガスを供給する加圧用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの前記微粉燃料を流動化する流動化用ガスを供給する流動化用ガス供給装置と、
前記ホッパの鉛直方向の下部に設けられる微粉燃料供給ラインと、
を備え、
前記加圧用ガス供給装置は、前記複数の第1ノズル及び前記複数の第2ノズルに加圧用ガスを供給し、
前記流動化用ガス供給装置は、前記複数の第2ノズルに流動化用ガスを供給する、
微粉燃料供給装置において、
前記ホッパ内の加圧時に前記加圧用ガス供給装置を作動する工程と、
前記ホッパ内の微粉燃料の搬送時に前記流動化用ガス供給装置を作動する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする微粉燃料供給方法。 - 炭素含有固体燃料を粉砕した微粉燃料を供給する請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の微粉燃料供給装置と、
前記微粉燃料供給装置から供給された微粉燃料をガス化して可燃性ガスを生成するガス化装置と、
前記ガス化装置により生成された可燃性ガスから不純物を取り除くことでガス精製を行うガス精製装置と、
前記ガス精製装置によりガス精製された可燃性ガスの少なくとも一部と圧縮空気との混合ガスを燃焼してタービンを回転駆動するガスタービン設備と、
前記ガスタービン設備からの排ガスにより蒸気を生成する排熱回収ボイラと、
前記排熱回収ボイラにより生成された蒸気によりタービンを回転駆動する蒸気タービン設備と、
を備えることを特徴とするガス化複合発電設備。
