Claims (2)
- アスファルト混合物を製造するアスファルトプラントの近傍にバイオマスを熱分解してガス化処理することで可燃性ガスを生成するガス化炉を併設し、該ガス化炉の下流側にはガス化炉で生成した可燃性ガス中のダストを除塵処理する集塵機を配設すると共に、該集塵機にて除塵処理した可燃性ガスを導出するガス導出管を分岐し、一方のガス導出管はアスファルトプラントに設置されるドライヤのバーナに直接連結し、他方のガス導出管は可燃性ガスを一時的に貯蔵するガス貯蔵タンクに連結し、プラント運転時には可燃性ガスをバーナへ供給して燃焼させる一方、プラント停止時には可燃性ガスをガス貯蔵タンクへ供給して一時的に貯蔵するようにしたことを特徴とするバイオマスから生成した可燃性ガスを利用したアスファルトプラント。
- 前記バーナは、化石燃料とバイオマスから生成した可燃性ガスとを混焼可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマスから生成した可燃性ガスを利用したアスファルトプラント。
